Ernesto and his team did superlative job on this job. They were careful, through, professional and responsive. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

It was fine. They did a good job. Two people came. They were very thorough and clean. For what I had done, there was still a little bit time left so I asked them to do something else and they did it, so it was an overall a very good experience.

Very punctual. Cleaned up well each day. Very clean. Very friendly and willing to answer all questions. Job was very well done - all surfaces well painted, clean edges. A great job. Had a crew of four so work went quickly.

Ernesto and his team painted multiple rooms throughout our house, and we just had them back for a second round to do additional rooms. They have now done our kitchen, living room, hallway and nursery and we couldn't be happier. The team are punctual and on-time, and are very considerate as we have small children (including a newborn!) at the house. The rates were competitive and Ernesto was helpful with regarding to pricing, finishes and trim. The team was great at cleaning up after work each day, which was especially helpful as our toddler has keen radar for finding new and interesting things on the floor or throughout the house! As long as your are very clear about your project and expectations, you will have no problems working with this team.

The guy didn't show up with the right equipment. Thank God my mother had some painting equipment to finish off the bathroom. He didn't come prepared. He did get it done. There was a little paint splatters on the tub and it was a little messy, but all in all, for $99, it was fine. Another thing that was kind of annoying is that my mother kind of took a day off so she can be at my house and she had bought the same coupon and they were going to go to her house after, but the guy I think showed up late, once he got there didn't have the right tool then he said that he wasn't going to be able to do our mother's house and my mother said that she took a day off of work and it was scheduled for both to be done, but he said he had to leave because one of the other guy he works with didn't have a car so he had to leave to go pick up the other guy and my mother insisted that it be done that day. He ended up getting both done, I'm not really sure how satisfied she was with the job.

He arrived almost two hours late without a phone call informing me. Once he arrived the paint job was fine.

He arrived on time and he was very polite. He was very neat with his work. Scheduling went fine and he was very flexible with me. I will want to use him in the future since the results were perfect.

I chose them because they were located in my town. It took a while to hear from them in the beginning, and they were only at the house for just shy of two hours as opposed to the full three. Additionally, they didn't paint the caulk as I would have liked, but they stated that the caulk had to dry before they could do so. The quality of the work, however, is good, and the owner was knowledgeable.

We talked for a while to make sure that I just needed the ceiling prepared, sheet rock cut and then screwed in place and finally some compound to smooth out the job. This is so that I can finish painting the ceiling later after we make some changes. The job was done with no fuss and was exactly what I wanted. Clean up was fast and complete. I will use Rainbow again. - Michael Evans

It was excellent. The worker was professional and I was very happy with the work that he did. The scheduling was great and they sent me messages through Angie’s List. He asked me to take some pictures so he knew what supplies he would need. He showed up on the time that he said he would be here. The cleanup was great and he brought a shop-vac in and cleaned everything up.

They didn't show up for the appointment. I called, they said they couldn't find the location so I wanted to explain to them or meet them somewhere to show them how to get to my condo. They were already at another job and said they couldn't come. This is only 25 minutes after the appointment time I had with them and I was suppose to at least have them for "3 HOURS" from the coupon I had purchased from Angie's List. Basically, they forgot about me and were lying. Next time, just be honest. I will say they tried to reschedule with me during the weekend at no extra charge but I didn't have availability and I just didn't have trust after the poor excuses. Was really shocked because they have great reviews.

Ernesto Ortiz and his associates were extraordinary to work with. They were always patient with us, answering our every need and whim while performing export service. We had the best experience we've ever had with house painters, but more importantly, they are exceptional people. My wife and I recommend them wholeheartedly.

I'm thrilled to know that I now have a new go-to painter. They did a wonderful job. Very professional and courteous. They cleaned and vacuumed up after themselves. Well worth the price we paid. I will definitely hire them again.

I would definitely hire Ernesto again! He is a very kind and careful painter and was extremely reliable, prompt, and trustworthy. He moved furniture as needed and cleaned up well at the end. He is very accommodating to schedules and special requests.
