It seemed to start well. The repair job was flawless. Because the room was taped up with plastic, however, we couldn't tell that the refinishing crew had left the bathroom fan on and then taped up the door, cutting off air circulation for 3 days for the fan. Lucky the fan didn't burn out! (They took $50 off our bill for that mistake.) When we inspected the floor after the last coat we noticed spots that had not been done right and a boot print by the door. This is why I can't give them an A for excellent. But when we pointed out the imperfections, they came back and redid the top coat all over the floor again, this time leaving it beautiful. That is why they get a B instead of a C or worse. Mistakes happen. It is how a good company deals with them.
Description of Work: Repair an area of our dining room floor then refinish the whole floor.
