Description of Work: The issue had to do with a service contract. |If Petro hadn't been fuel and service contract company for the house for 50 years I probably would have gone to another provider. |Perhaps we were just unlucky and ran into a bit of incompetence compounded by supervisor that I didn't like.

Description of Work: I've been using Petro for Oil delivery for eight years. My only complaint is that I have to schedule annual cleaning at least 3 months in advance. Service and delivery have been without problem.

When we changed over the billing information no one in their organization familiarized us with their methods. | Though they claim to be attentive to customers needs, they did not service our furnace for two years. In addition they overlooked a condition that could have been very serious. Things were straightened out but PETRO was not easy to deal with. I'm thinking of changing our provider

Description of Work: Annual service for oil furnace

Description of Work: For the last year and a half, have used Petro for heating oil delivery, furnace maintenance, central air conditioner maintenance and occasional plumbing needs. They are always very responsive, friendly, efficient and well priced. Main thing is peace of mind knowing can call them and receive professional prompt service if HVAC problem.

Description of Work: Annual tune up which is built into contract and budget payments. When I have had rare emergency they have responded in timely manner. I have been a customer for more than 25 years.

Description of Work: They cleaned by oil burner to make sure it’s functioning properly. I’ve used them for a very long time. I’m going to renew my service contract with them. I get my oil from them all year. They have automatic delivery. It’s a worry free company. They’re really good to me. I feel like I can trust them. Trust is huge. They have old time values and if something isn’t right they will take care of it immediately. I’ve purchased a furnace and a top of the line water heater from them. They offer payment plans. I call and they come out on a dime and they know me as a person not just as a customer. They’re courteous and clean and I’m very comfortable having them in my home. They are not cheap but they are worth the money spent. I would highly recommend them to others.
