Description of Work: They suck. Plain and simple. I disputed the charge but they recommended I try them again. They were unresponsive yet claimed they were all along. My one PC doesn't work now.

 + -1 moreIt went very smoothly from start to finish. I always got a prompt response via e-mail. Not sure how they are on the phone, but the e-mail was great. When I refer someone in the future I would tell them to communicate that way. I am very happy with the service I received. I will absolutely use them again and will definitely refer friends. I don't think you can go wrong.
Description of Work: The 4 of the keys on my macbook pro stopped working due to some liquid damage. Outboost had their mac specialist check it out (at no cost) and they gave me an estimate for repair that afternoon. It took a week for the part to arrive and I had the computer back the day after that. Their prices are very reasonable.

 + -1 moreThis was the first time I had used their services. I took it to them to fix it. I was the least happy with the communication and had to call a couple of times, leaving messages. But they did respond to e-mail. They ended up fixing it and they were really nice and answered my questions.

 + -1 moreOutboost Computers were very professional and I was so thankful that they had the great computer skills in order to save my data. These people are very professional and neat in their appearance. I felt that their price was very good. They also work very quickly which is nice so you aren't without your computer for long.
Description of Work: I took my computer here when my hard drive died. They were able to repair it and install a new hard drive without losing my data. They also installed virus protection.
