+ -1 moreNukitchen is the worst! To seal the deal they promise you everything and quite literally, deliver nothing. Do not sign their so-called contract... my “contract” was entered into long after COVID-19 became an issue, and Nukitchen specifically promised that the virus would not impact delivery dates. Nearly 4mos later & I have received absolutely nothing in exchange for the $$$$ I paid. The contract provides no promise of delivery & does not allow for cancellation due to failure to timely deliver. Nukitchen strung me along &lied as to when the cabinets would be built & delivered in an effort to deny me the opportunity to cancel the order per what the contract that allows, “Cancellation to any portion of this contract after the plan has been released to the Customer, but before fabrication has begun, will incur a 20% fee.” 7times I demanded my order be cancelled & Nukitchen refuses to acknowledge. Have notified Conn. BBB & Consumer Protection Office of the Atty General.
