Overall, we were very pleased. The doors look great, they arrived on time, and the installers were very friendly, courteous and competent.

They were great. They were very cost-effective. I think that they are price competitive because they probably don't do a lot of the extras. They are not as quick at getting back with you and I had to wait for at least 48 hours, but you get what you pay for. We were interested in their price competitiveness and so we were willing to live with this.

The estimate was for $2500, which was very expensive for me. However, I cannot afford to spend the money right now. He was very nice and very informative. He was very willing to do the job at that price. I felt that I couldn’t do it at that time. He came out right away. I might use him again in the future.

Gary came out with brochures, explaned the various types of garage doors I might want, and within 2 weeks I had a new garage door. It looks great!

I called them twice in 30 years. They repaired and adjusted the garage door, fixed a broken spring mechanism, lubricated a door and adjusted springs that help in lifting heavy wooden doors. They have always been very helpful. I have heard my friends complaining about the people they get for their garage doors. I feel I have been lucky getting the right people for my garage doors.

Things went well. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. He came out to the house to measure and offered advice as to style, type and price. He provided written estimates of several door types and willingly answered all questions. After placing the order, there was some question as to when the doors would be available, but it turned out to be only a few weeks as they had originally indicated. Installation was efficient and quick just a few hours one morning, and the work site was totally clean.

THEIR REPAIRS ARE SUPERFICIAL ,AND I KEEP BRINGING THEM BACK OVER AND OVER AGAIN TO REPAIR THE SAME THING. THEY DON'T STAND BEHIND THEIR GUARANTEES. I FELT IT SHOULD IT BEEN HAVE REPLACED WITHOUT CHARGE BECAUSE IT WAS UNDER A GUARANTEE, BUT THEY FOUND SOME LOOPHOLE SO THAT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THEIR WORK.

IT WAS QUICK AND PAINLESS. IT WAS DONE PERFECTLY, SO THE EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND THEY WERE DONE WITHIN THE TIME FRAME THEY PROMISED. YOU CAN'T ASK FOR ANYTHING BETTER THAN THAT.

I THINK THEY WERE EXCELLENT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY WERE VERY CLEAN AND THOROUGH IN THEIR INSTALLATION. THE SALESMAN WHO CAME DOWN WAS GREAT. HE WAS PUNCTUAL and HE GOT BACK TO ME WITHIN DAYS WITH AN ESTIMATE.

THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH THE OVERHEAD DOOR COMPANY IS PASSABLE. WE HAVE USED THIS COMPANY BEFORE FOR THE FIXING OF OUR OVERHEAD GARAGE DOORS. THEY ARE NOT VERY RESPONSIVE OR PUNCTUAL.

THE WORK THAT THEY DID WAS WONDERFUL. IT TOOK A LONG TIME TO GET AN APPOINTMENT, BUT ONCE THEY DID, THEY MET MY EXPECTATIONS OF QUALITY AND THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE WORK.
