I genuinely like Jeff and felt that he was easy to work with. I appreciated his technical background and that he was a problem solver. I was on a limited budget and therefore chose to buy cabinets from Home Depot (measurements done by me). And while I was very close, there were a couple of instances where things were off just a bit. Jeff came up with suggestions on how to resolve the issues, which I really appreciated. Everything turned out wonderfully and I still get compliments. Jeff has since become a friend and I will occasionally call him for the odd handyman type job.

He picked up the phone when I called , but I found a cheaper company to go with.

Without a hitch! He was on time and finished the job prior to the date projected.

He is very punctual and does what he says he is going to do. He is very responsible. What I like about him is that he has a lot of really great ideas, tells you what might look good and is usually pretty on target.

Badly. Some of the problems I encountered: 1) Left ladder overnight leading up to the rough window opening after demo the previous day which I felt to be a home security risk. 2) Had personal meetings at my home with other contractors for more than 40 minutes while supposedly working on my project. 3) Avoided discussing logistics and placement of new windows in the context of the rough openings for the 3-sided room requiring us to have him re-hang windows because he made decisions independently. 4) I gave him examples of interior trim work & technique to match which he disregarded-this too had to be redone. 5) So verbally abusive to his helper I thought I might have to call for back-up!
