My Chimney Guy

Eric took a lot of time looking at my chimney. He told me I did not need a cleaning, but pointed out and suggested some repairs my home inspector missed when I purchased the house. Chimney's Plus Norwalk will be my go-to for future needs based on the service they provide!

Eric was excellent. He solved our two damper problems in one visit at a very reasonable price. We had a damper cap that was rusted shut. He had no problem using a 20 ft ladder to adjust the cap, He also adjusted the line that connects to the cap. Our second problem was a damper in another fireplace hidden out of easy view. He showed us where it was and how it worked. A previous 'expert' had missed the hidden damper and had tried to tell us it required a damper cap instead, which would have cost us loads of money to put in. We will call Eric to clean our wood burning stove after the season ends. Many thanks Eric for your excellent service! Wendy
