we emailed them twice through angies list and no one ever contacted us! very disappointed and now the entire post fell and we had to stop our mail and find someone else to do the work

Went very well. They came as promised the work done as expected.

Effortlessly! I called, answered a few questions, gave a credit card and **Poof** a new mailbox, with proper house number, color and the nifty inside pull out attachment appeared. ☄️✨as if by magic✨☄️

Our 16 home association worked with a very reputable landscaping contractor to have our mailboxes replaced. The landscape contractor suggested we visit the Mr. Mailbox store to see the mailboxes quoted and to pick out the color and lettering style we wanted. Myself and one other Association Board Member visited the store and spoke with General Manager Peter Zareski. Peter showed us the mailboxes and posts quoted along with other available styles he had available. We selected an upgraded mailbox from the one the landscape contractor had quoted. When we asked Peter what the difference price would be he told us and asked if we would be dealing with the landscape contractor or with him directly. The executive board for our association met and decided that since Peter had provided a reasonable price, we would work with him directly. We informed the landscape contractor that Peter had offered us a better deal to go directly with him. As a member of the board, I went back to Peter to ask for a written quote so that we would have something for our business files. He had already prepared a written quote for the landscape contractor so it was very simply a matter of updating an existing document. During this visit Peter begrudgingly told me that he had made a mistake in his calculation but that since he had made the quote in good faith that he would honor the price he had quoted. I again asked to have the quote updated and in writing so that I could get him a check to order the materials and begin work. Reluctantly he told me that he would have it done by 9:00 the next day. When I returned the next day to pick up the quote, Peter gave me the edited version of the same document he provided the landscape contractor and he had increased his price by almost $800. He explained to me that since he had to go to all the trouble of updating the document he decided to correct his mistake as well and he would not be sticking to the original quote he had given us. The guy underbid a very reputable landscape contractor go get the job away from him and then decided to increase the price he had quoted once we simply asked for a written quote in writing for our files. I found him and his staff to be very unprofessional. in their dealings and will be recommending to our Homeowners association that we not do business with these type of people. Businesses making mistakes is one thing. Everyone makes mistakes. Peter's fatal flaw on this transaction was telling me he would honor the price he quoted and then reneging on that promise because we asked him to give us something in writing for our association files. If you are a contractor wanting to sub out work to Mr. Mailbox beware that in our case he as underbid a very reputable contractor in order to work with the association directly. If you want to work with Mr. Mailbox directly, beware that you may be asked to pay a higher price if you want something in writing. In either case, I would suggest you be very weary of using this business.

I think they stay pretty busy. They did a good job and did what I asked them to do. They provided everything including the mailbox and the post. I don't think they are any more expensive than anybody else would be but I think it was pretty expensive. I was not here when they did it but on the phone they were very professional and I will use them again in the future.

It looks great! Very sturdy and reliable.
