It's hard to put into words how gorgeous my property looks. I'm blown away. The entire job was sketched, planned, and executed in under three weeks. The masonry, driveway and landscaping were all choreographed perfectly with his partners as one huge job. Seriously, I've had terrible experiences with other contractors literally not showing up for weeks and leaving the work incomplete, so for me to post a review at all means Claudio and his team are the guys you want. I stayed home a few days to observe and saw work done I would've never known was even there. They poured a foundation for the wall so strong you could park a helicopter on it. They could've skipped this step and I would never have been the wiser. The HOUSE will crumble before this wall. Drainage problems = Solved 100%. Curb appeal = Unbelievable (except for my roof but that's for another contractor). Claudio is the salt of the earth and I now consider him a good friend. Feel free to ask for a reference or come see for yourself. He did my neighbors property as well which is also beautiful. One look is all you will need. I'm not BS'ing you.

My front steps were very damaged after years of extreme weather changes, they replaced the flagstone pieces and then re-grouted them. The finished results were lovely and also completed in a very decent time frame.

Claudio DiIorio arrived at the appointed time to perform the inspection and discuss work to be performed. We agreed on the scope of work and the price but the promised written contract was not sent by email. There were long delays in completing the work due to frequent rain storms and the priority of other jobs. After several follow-up phone calls with the office a date was agreed and the work was performed as expected. Workmanship and price were fine. Punctuality was lacking both in providing the written contract and in scheduling the work to be performed.
