Description of Work: Luis Paez (LP Painting) did a spectacular job with our renovation. Everything ran so smoothly, the work was flawless and the workers were professional and eager to please. I am so thankful that they spent the time to vacuum and clean everyday, so we were able to cook and use the space during the night. On the outside we had new windows installed, including new copper flashing, custom trim work, new casing, new insulation, new siding, new gutters and drain pipes and a new front door installed with custom surround. On the inside we had new sheetrock installed, skim coating, custom trim and mouldings installed. The inside of the house was painted so beautifully and the finished product was immaculate. |After going through a lot of bad experiences with other contractors, builders and painters, I will never use anyone except for LP Painting. The experience was stress free and the work is impeccable!

 + 2 moreEverything has been flawless. They were incredibly professional, showed up everyday at 8 am and vacuumed and cleaned up materials everyday before they left. They made a world of difference for us to be able to live in the space while the work was being done. I highly recommend them!
Description of Work: Outside they did new insulation, gutters, drain pipes and siding. They installed all new windows with custom trim and molding. They installed a new door and custom door surround. Inside they did all custom moldings and trim for me. As well as skim coating of damaged walls, new sheet rock and insulation in various areas. They did painting as well inside with Benjamin Moore, Farrow and Ball and Fine Paints of Europe with a special method for high gloss for brilliant lacour.

 + 1 moreThey started on time and finished on time. They were quality workers with competitive pricing. Their work is really excellent. I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are reliable and courteous. They removed doors remodeled everything and cleaned up great. They can do anything and everything and do it well.
Description of Work: They remodeled my bathroom and put in tile floors in my home.
