Lorenzo Salvioli was incredibly efficient, responsive, professional, and straightforward in his communications and the work he and his team performed. He came out first to meet with me and view the area we wanted to repave. He advised me on materials and where I might purchase them. He returned to measure the specific area and gave me an accurate count of how many pavers and how many thin stones to order. He predicted how long the project would take. The project came out beautifully. He and his team were very careful with the plants around the patio area that was repaved with porcelain pavers. We appreciated their care with our lawn and landscaping. They were clean and methodical in preparing the area to be repaved, paving it, and cleaning up afterwards. The outcome far exceeded my expectations - and that's a lot because I am a perfectionist. Lorenzo is an honest, highly skilled, and highly experienced mason and businessman. I recommend him to anyone. The fact that he consistently did as he said he would do (beginning with calling when he said he'd call, coming by when he said he would, and supplying a proposal when he said he would) set him apart from other potential masons I interviewed. His proposal was detailed, specific, and described exactly what he did. He also was reliable in following up with the paver provider and making sure the right materials had been ordered and starting when he said he would). Part of the beauty of the newly paved patio is the good feeling I have about Lorenzo's having done it. It is such a pleasure to work with such a professional and honest person. He absolutely knows his materials and the machines used to cut and apply it. I would trust him with any project involving masonry -- and probably beyond that scope were his business to take him there.

We had a foundation crack and water and mud were coming into the basement. We had multiple people out to look at the project and most of them apparently had no idea what was causing the problem, much less how to fix it appropriately. Called Lorenzo and he came over ON A SUNDAY! Looked carefully at the situation. He determined what the issue was and came up with a plan to repair it. He was so responsive to my texts and calls. He thoroughly described what his plan was plus the time frame and cost. He and his crew came, did the repair, and came in UNDER the estimate! The job was completed very smoothly and the result is a huge peace of mind knowing that the problem is corrected and will not return. I smile every time I go past their work. I can not recommend Lorenzo strongly enough. The best I can leave here is 5 stars but he deserves 10, without a doubt! Fabulous to work with!!!!

I would recommend Lorenzo & Son Co. for any masonry projects that you may have. Lorenzo was professional, courteous, and communicated in a timely fashion each step of the way. Finished product exceeded expectations.

Installing new patio The did excellent job! very fast and professional

Hired Lorenzo and his team to remove a basement window, which required filling in the foundation afterward to match the existing foundation. They did the work professionally, neatly and carefully. They were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely hire them for another masonry project in the future.
