 + -1 moreOutstanding customer service. I had several custom blinds and shades installed in my home several years ago by Laura's Draperies. They did a great job at the time and I was very pleased with installation. However, it was only recently that I truly got to see the great customer service that they offered first hand. I recently had one of the blinds break and called Laura's to inquire about repair. They quickly looked up my file and actually remembered me from years ago! They explained that the blinds were covered under warranty and offered to ship and repair them for free and would call in a few days when they arrived. Sure enough, they arrived good as new in a few days and I picked them up. They had all of my information on file quickly and this was a completely hassle free service. I would recommend Laura's Draperies, not only for your initial purchase, but also for your post purchase relationship, they truly stand by their work and it is clear that they want the customer to be happy no matter what.
Description of Work: Originally, I ordered custom blinds and draperies for windows in my home. Then, years later, I used Laura's to provide warranty service.
