The marble countertop of our our master bathroom sink had been etched in areas and the finish was uneven. Jay refinished / re-polished the countertop and it looks like the day it was installed. He also cleaned up and resealed the tumbled marble on our shower floor, and re-grouted the area. I wasn't expecting much as the tile had seriously faded since its installation in 2008, but Jay brought it back to looking like new as well. Jay responded to us the same day that we contacted him. He had an opening the following day and completed the work in one visit. To say he is prompt, professional and talented is an understatement... he clearly takes pride in his work, and it shows.

He showed up, did the work, and left me with a beautifully restored granite countertop. Very friendly and did a great job. My countertop looks like new. Very happy. :)

This was a pleasant experience! I purchased the service through Angie's List "Deal", and simply trusted that the provider would be reliable. The work was promptly scheduled, and the service provider arrived on time. Jay was polite and helpful. He took the time to explain what he was doing and offer advice on how to maintain my granite, and left me a bottle of his preferred cleaning solution (available at Home Depot). In addition, he advised me regarding the care of the marble that I recently used in a powder room redo. Some service providers are a pleasure to have around...Jay is one of them. I will absolutely call on him in the future.

When I initially called in response to a coupon offer I was at a second home out of state. Jay said he would have no problem with postponing the work until I returned so that I could take advantage of the reduced price. He offered to call me several months later when I was back in NY to set up a date, which he did. He arrived on time, did the work in a timely fashion and the area now looks 100% better. I would not hesitate to call him in the future and am happy to recommend him to others.

He came out and was very nice and polite. He told me what he can do, he did what he said he would do and did it professionally and at the price he said he would. And I would certainly recommend him.

That service was great and they got the tile and grout cleaned. We have 2 floors in our home and he mentioned that the Big Deal coupon did not specify what floors they would do the work on. He did do the upstairs for us, with no additional charge. We were happy with the way everything came out.
