+ 1 moreThere are no "don'ts" when it comes to using Jarlath. He's the best GC I've ever encountered and will utilize him until he retires or I pass away! Honestly, integrity, follow-up, punctuality and a winning personality best describe Jarlath's traits. We're beginning to think about the massive kitchen reno and I won't consider it without Jarlath taking the lead!
Description of Work: Jarlath converted a butler's staircase into a Jack and Jill full bath in addition to redesigning our master bath and making a number of critical modifications to the second floor of our Victorian. In addition, I've utilized Jarlath's services on a number of other jobs and will continue to do so.

+ 1 moreThe service was excellent. We even did a $50,000 bathroom remodeling project and made major changes to our second floor. His work was exemplary. He is honest and punctual. He is able to communicate with the customer, which is something that is sorely lacking in some contractors out there. Some contractors just get your name and number and disappear. The quality of the workmanship is great. He is able to run the project without any involvement from us. He is trustworthy. All around, he's a good guy.
Description of Work: We have an old Victorian. Several of my porches were in very bad shape. He built an entire back porch, replaced the Bilco doors, and rebuilt a front porch trim and columns. In the past, he has remodeled two bathrooms and made major changes to our second floor.
