I echo everyone else’s reviews here: Hugo and his team do simply the best, most reasonably-priced work around. I only wish that everyone I have to do work around the house was as concerned with quality, professionalism, and attention to detail as Hugo. Highly recommended.

Hugo and his man arrived on time. They put booties on to keep my floors clean. They then did a great job cleaning windows and screens and also the sills inside and out. They did a wonderful job and I will be hiring them again when necessary.

Went well. The job was done with efficiency and courtesy. They were delayed at another job, but they kept me informed.

I've used Hugo and his team to clean our gutters several times now and each time they've been great. The always do a fantastic job and are extremely responsive and professional. I've had some issues with our chimney as well and he offered to take some pictures while he was up there to help diagnose the issue. Will continue to use in the future and highly recommend.

We have an old house with a lot of windows, and they hadn't been fully washed for several years. From start to finish, my interaction with Hugo was professional. His estimate was fair and he was punctual for all meetings and responded promptly to communications. The work itself was completed efficiently with a minimum of interior fuss, despite some old, recalcitrant windows which had to be cajoled to open. What furniture needed to be moved was put back in place. And the windows all look great! We were very pleased with the entire process and will definitely be using Ino, LLC again for both powerwashing and window cleaning.

It has been a while but I wanted to give this time because we had our gutters cleaned and only time tells how well the job was done, that and many hard rain events. The price was cheaper than I expected and the job was done well and right. we have had no issues with rain building up and then coming down the side of the house in one place. What I especially liked was that the company has been in touch to ensure that if there was a problem they would deal with it, and that if we needed the job done again to let us know they were there. I appreciate that followup as it is rarely done these days, at least that is my experience

I haven't hired people for window washing before. I used the coupon for 30 exterior windows and he charged the additional windows at the prorated rate. He and his assistant were very conscientious and I was very pleased with everything. I will start doing this twice a year!

Hugo Vargas and his team, gave us a good price, arrived on time and did a great job. The windows sparkle. Through the years we have used a number of window cleaners. This is the best one ever. We would never use anyone else again to clean our windows.

They were professional, courteous, clean, punctual and I would highly recommend them. They came on time, and my windows have never looked better. I am waiting for their estimate on power washing my deck and siding. I would definitely use them again.

Hugo/INO LLC is customer service at its best! He performed the work as described. For the windows/doors, he performed the work together with a colleague. The solar panels were cleaned by just Hugo as this was a second visit. In both instances, the final results were gleaming streak free windows, doors and solar panels. Hugo is punctual, efficient and definitely aims to please. Quotes are rendered very quick upon asking. For the price, look no further. We will definitely hire INO LLC again.

We have used INO (i.e. Hugo) a number of times. He is very responsive, does the job right the first time, and is fair/reasonable as far as cost.

Excellent value. They were super dirty. I would have paid more for a tiny bit more attention to detail, but will definitely hire again.
