Description of Work: They do not honor the information given when you join. They are not customer oriented. Leave holes in wall. Have all the hot you items when you need repair. My Front side walk, basement ceiling has holes. Really not an honest company.

Description of Work: We originally had National Grid for service and when they turned us over to HomeServe we signed up them them. I don't remember the date. We had a contract with this company and when our air-conditioning went out in the summer (80-90 degrees) they said they could not come for a week. We did not use them again.

Description of Work: I used Homeserve USA maintenance plan because my boiler was old and I did not want my family to go without heat during the cold months. I was extremely glad that I did! I had to call them several times throughout last year' s winter as it was brutal here in NY. The only complaint I had is that I find that the younger employees are not as knowledgeable as the older ones.However, when I had an issue with my boiler all I had to do was call and someone would be at the house the next day,or if I called early enough on the same day. They tried their very best to solve the problem....ordering parts if necessary, which would arrive the next day. I recently installed a new boiler so I may not use them this year, but I have to say Homeserve USA delivered when I needed them, and I will surely use them again if needed.
