Homeline actually takes extra care of each and every project. The owners of the business personally visit the site weekly if not daily! The workmen are all very professional, courteous, and excel at whatever their craft is. While they are not the cheapest bid, they are the most realistic bid, meaning they understand what the job will actually cost and the time it will take to do it correctly and their bid reflects that-many contractors may give you a lesser price but I have found they do add-ons at the end-you will not get that with HOMELINE (unless like me-you change the work order and ask for more work!! LOL!!) The new front Portico and railing look divine and the copper roof is spectacular and was the fastest and easiest part of the process!! The new Garage and basement are STUNNING!!! Two small dusty damp dark spaces with rusty looking pipes are now wowing anyone who sees them! I LOVE going into my garage and basement now to Park or get items because its gorgeous! I had the pipes painted in the same red as the primer because after they painted the primer it looks AMAZING!! The details on the doors and repair work are great as is HOMELINE's ability to project manage. They also do Home management so if you travel alot like we do you do not have to worry about the job being done well in your absence.

Dear Angie's List readers: We purchased our house because of its? lakefront location but really did not know how much work would be required to bring it up to livable condition. Once we had removed some of the dry wall and saw the 1948 insulation, the amount of mold and the antiquated kitchen it became clear that we would need to gut it and start over. Homeline was not only instrumental in helping us to design the new space to use every square inch, adding a bedroom and expanding a full bath in the process! Their skilled carpentry, painters and finish work teams working under daily supervision were able to put us back into our home in record time for a very competitive price. I am delighted to tell the homeowners who might be looking for high quality workmanship and value driven pricing that they need look no further than HOMELINE.

The company did not pull the proper permits for the city before attempting to do work. When it was brought to their attention, they lied. I decided not to use their services and they still haven't received my $5000 deposit back from them.

Representative showed up on time and was efficient. Spoke about the work we were considering. Mailed an estimate a few days later. We chose not to have any work done at this point.

.They have some wonderful master craftsman. the people they sent here were in incredible. They were hard workers. They took in all our concerns regarding our project. They accommodated our concerns as well as they could while still doing their job. Calls never went unreturned. We were pleased with the results.

Prices and hourly estimates were much higher than what I was able to find elsewhere, so I ended up going with other providers for both projects. However Homeline was very punctual and professional in all my interaction with them; but for me price was a major factor, so I went with less expensive options.

The two guys were punctual, efficient, and skilled.

I found a much better deal on Angie's List. This company was very receptive and very helpful.

Joe LaValle was the project manager and the project went extremely well. Joe is very knowledgeable, proactive, and a pleasure to work with. Carpenters and tradesmen were skilled and cleaned up after themselves everyday. Very pleased with Homeline!!!

The guy that came out was fine, he did what I wanted to do. I felt like he was a subcontractor as opposed to an actual employee. I was hoping to find someone I could use for good because I need a handyman. He took some pictures of some screening on my porch that I wanted fixed to show it to the people at the office so they could get back with me, and never did.

Initially there was a pronlem with some scratches on the deck, but sfter speaking with the company they came back and sanded out the scratches and then re stained the deck. In the end it all worked out well and tbe deck looked great.

They send very good employees out and all of their tradesmen are excellent. The project manager stays on top of the work. Their prices are fair as well.

They did a great job without ruining any plants (as in previous experience with somebody else).

I needed various things done but he did not provide all and I would have hired another person.

The repairman showed up on time and immediately detrimened that his office did not give him the correct materials to do the carpentry work. He did fix the door and then took measurements for the carpentry work which he would come back to finish. The deal was for 3 hours of work but he only performed 1.5 hours of work. No one has called me back to reschedule or returned my calls. I consider this company irresponsible and wouldn't use them or recommend under any circumstances.

It was part of your Big Deal offers -so the price is what attracted me to get this work done, and went extremely well. Very happy with Dave and the worked completed.

Great job. Punctual, respectful crews. Clean job site. Very professional-looking job every step of the way. I would definitely refer these guys to anyone looking for a handyman service who takes pride in their work.

Provider never confirmed appointment but just showed up to power wash deck. There were 2 people but only one worked; the other one was on the phone. They were here for an hour or so. There was a bit of a language barrier and not sure we were communicating accurately with one another. They were supposed to come back on Tuesday to finish but "the boss" who they contacted told me that the 199.00 only covered four hours of which 2 were spent on the power washing and they would need 16- 18 hours to finish the job. ( light sanding in a few spots and applying deck oil) My deck has no railings and is ~12 ft x 18 ft. I told them they could leave and not to come back. I've had this done several times before and that estimate is ridiculous.

They messaged stating they would contact us. We did not when they would contact us and so we are not doing the deal.

All I have to say is I was very disappointed. Would not use again.

Leak fixed permanently - good job. Crack needs repair again, probably in a few months - still minor condition but obvious that cause unknown - needs further work - will call TDS when and if crack gets larger in next few months.

They brought it a pair of guys who checked the gutters and downspouts and the french drains they empty into, and cleared the pipe from the storm drain with a 100' motorized snake.

We wanted to add a door to our TV room in order to create a guest room when needed. We live in a Cape, so initially each room had a door! We thought only of either a pocket door or a regular door. Homeline told us that a pocket door was not structurally an option and then suggested a bi-fold door, which we had not even thought of. It turned out to be the perfect solution! It doesn't take up much space in the room and adds the privacy we need. We were very pleased with the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone. The door looks great! And we would definitely hire them again for other jobs--big or small.

They did some filling, cloaking of some cracks in some area. They did some work in my garage, and sealed around the front door. They were pretty efficient.

All work was done carefully and professionally with high-quality materials (mahogany) to prevent future rot. The carpenters were courteous and knowledgeable.In this case, you get what you pay for, and though Homeline's quote was not the cheapest, their work justified the cost.
