+ -1 moreI was very happy with them. It was after a great blizzard and we had 3 feet of snow here. I called for 2 companies but then this company was the only one who was available. They were very good. They came out here with their truck and after they removed everything they found there was actually some more ice on the drive way they actually took the shovel and shoveled it and put down the ice melts and then went on their way. I found their price very fair.
Description of Work: I used HJ Luciano for snow removal. They removed the snow from the driveway and entry way to my house.

+ 0 moreHenry sent out a crew of workers and personally followed up to make sure the job was done properly. They also helped us clean up the mess that was left behind by contractors.
Description of Work: They ripped up and installed new tile floors in two bathroom and put ceramic tiles in the kitchen and around a jacuzzi tub.

Description of Work: Henry Luciano served as our General Contractor overseeing and advising our 16 unit Condominium Association's major exterior painting and carpentry repair project over a period of 2 months from July-Aug, 2012. Henry helped us get quotes from painters and carpenters, evaluated them and checked references, then supervised the project on site every day and advised us on major carpentry repairs (rotted wood trim and siding replacement), garage door replacements and flagstone patio repairs. His broad technical expertise and advice was invaluable from start to finish. His attention to detail and common sense approach to the work required helped us complete this major project within our budget. Several of the individual condo owners arranged with Henry directly to have their flagstone patios reset or redone. (This was not included in the Gen'l Contracting fee shown above). While HJ Luciano is a general builder/contractor, stone work and masonry is one of his specialties. He did a wonderful job redoing my patio, reusing the existing flagstone, power washing, leveling at a perfect pitch, and reinstalling the stone with a steel edging to keep it in place. It looks brand new now, and hard to believe that it was accomplished neatly in one day using all the old stone. He did a magnificent job on another patio, removing overgrown landscaping and enlarging the patio, creating a wonderful entertaining space. Henry is a perfectionist and has a fine eye for design and detail. His workers are professional and polite and very competent. It is a pleasure to work with Henry Luciano and I will continue to do so, for our Condo Association and myself personally.
