He came and showed me a 3D design of the room, it was fine. As soon as I paid for the cabinet he stopped picking up the phone. It became very ugly and I had to get the cops involved. When I went to the address of QQ kitchens, it was empty warehouse. They were not delivering the cabinets. The guy I was dealing with was Lary. They did not fit, there were overlapping issues.

It was not a very good experience. They started and we got the cabinets that day. The same day the contractor noticed that several of the cabinets were not the correct cabinets that fit the blueprint. We talked to the salesman, Larry Bonte, and he said he was going to reorder the cabinets that we needed to complete the job. The next day came and we were still out of luck and they could not do much of the work. We waited for cabinets for weeks. It was promised it would be done by Thanksgiving and as of New Years it still was not done. They kept telling me they order the cabinets and they will be there and I will have a crew there. When that day came no one was there. They hired a new contractor to hook up the sink. We contacted the owner, Andy Ross, he emailed me and assured me everything would be taken care of and not to worry. When it was not taken care of he stopped taking our phone calls and returning emails. We eventually had to hire another contractor to finish the job. We had to do this after they did not complete the job by the date stated in the contract. This was January. We couldn't go any longer with half a kitchen. We have noticed the granite was cut wrong and we have contacted them and still no response. It horrible experience. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Came out first of November said it would be done by Thanksgiving, wasn't even done by Christmas. It caused a lot of aggravation and we ended up having to hire someone else to finish it

On August 26 I purchased a deal from QQ Design to do a 3-D rendering for a kitchen redesign. I gave them three dates to come to my house to do this but received no response. The dates came and went without hearing from them so on October 29, 2014 I sent another email requesting that they contact me to set up an appointment to come to my house but, again, received no response. Now I have sent out another email to them requesting again that they contact me for appointment/ I am totally frustrated and either want them to perform the service that I have paid for or return my full payment.

I told him exactly what I wanted and instead he did something I could have done myself. He was very personable and nice, but he didn’t listen to what I wanted. The company also didn’t follow up well. I wouldn't recommend them.

As I said above the work was clean and done on time. I am very pleased.

QQ Kitchens did a great job on my kitchen project. They were easy to work with and the price was better than several other companies I checked with. They were on time and did everything they said they would do. I recommend them whole heartily.

It all went great!

It all went very well. No hassels. They provided quality materials and expert installers. The job was done on time for my daughter's graduation. They worked hard to get it done on time and I really appreciated the extra effort on behalf of their crew. If you need a new kitchen do use them. You will not be sorry.
