I got Gutter Boys' number from a friend who recommended them after Giovanni did some work cleaning my friend's gutters. He was impressed with his responsiveness and the quality of his work. We called him, and within a couple of days he came out to our house to take a look at our gutters and provide an estimate. Within 24 hours of coming to the house he had emailed us an estimate for the work. I had had several estimates in the past few months, and his was very reasonable, especially for what he was offering. He was going to take down the ugly downspouts in the front of the house, reroute the water to accomplish that, and replace all the gutters. Gutter Boys replaced all the gutters on the house and moved the one from the front of the garage to the side of it so it's not as visible. Several people had told me that we didn't need both of two downspouts in front of the house, and he said the same. He removed the one that was the biggest problem for us (it released the water right onto the deck), and moved the second one so that it too wrapped around the house rather than coming down in the middle of the front of our house. It looks like a new house! Giovanni and the man that came to work with him did a great job and were so professional. As they worked to create our custom set-up it was obvious they knew what they were working with. He pointed out where some wood was rotted from the previous set-up, and explained what he was doing at every step. They cleaned up the whole area, and we hired them to come back twice a year to clean the gutters as well. We look forward to working with him again. In the time it took for him to come see the house, give us the estimate, and do all the work I'm still waiting for another company to send me their estimate!
