Description of Work: I hired this service because one of my drain cleaning machines broke down on me in the middle of a job which sent dirty water on to the ceiling of the bathroom and the walls of the bathroom.  + 0 moreThey will be coming again tomorrow and that will be the 5th time I've used them. They charge hourly and it is $55 a hour if you sign a contract or $65 a hour if you don't sign a contract. Their prices are very reasonable in my area and considering what I've had in the past. They have a steam cleaning process they use and they can do mattresses, carpet, floors and any type of furniture. It can be done regularly and it really makes the stuff pop. It doesn't have any effect on my furniture. Everything they use is green. They use aromatherapy and when they walk out, my apartment smells really fresh. They are right on time. They are very professional. The owner handles every contract and the staff is fantastic.
Description of Work: I use Green Steam Services every other week to clean my apartment.

 + 0 moreI purchased this product after a need arose in my life. I was taking care of my ill father and wanted to provide a chemical free, organic method of cleaning so that he would not be offended by the smells of chemicals. At the same time, my son was suffering from pet dander and I wanted to keep my pets! I researched organic cleaning products and I saw they were quite expensive and would be a repetitive purchase. I then decided to look at equipment that would provide this type of benefit and I found the LadyBug! It addressed all of my cleaning needs plus helped with other benefits like drycleaning and aromatherapy! It was a one time investment that paid itself off in a short period of time.
Description of Work: Green Steam Services, LLC has introduced me to a completely ORGANIC cleaning system that has been the answer to my allergies and concerns about cleaning chemicals in my home. This system, called the LadyBug, has several available models in appealing price points. My justification for this system was the offset in cleaning chemical costs, cleaning services, elimination of household allergens and elimination of chemicals which are harmful (despite approval from FDA) to my family's health. Since I purchased this machine, my home smells completely different and looks fabulous! I'm able to clean the following areas/items completely like new: TIle and grout, carpeting (eliminates pet odors completely!), appliances (stoves, sinks, refrigerator, microwaves, dishwasher, washer, dryer, etc., windows, dirty walls/doors, bathrooms, cabinets, decks, BBQ grills, mattress (kills dust mites at all stages and even bed bugs (which I didn't have), automobiles and many many more items. It's attachments allow for expansion to unplug drains, dryclean clothing and even has an aromatherapy attachment! This all natural system uses simply TAP water to run!! No special electric required and is easy to move around. I highly recommend this product for anyone who has a problem with allergies, has an illness and you wants a chemical free environment or you just wants a really easy way to clean their house!! This is a system that is easy to use and even if you want a housekeeper to clean for you, this system is perfect, especially around children and pets.
