+ -1 moreFrank had the best price I could find. It was well worth the two week wait before he could get to me. He and his team were professional, friendly, respectful, clean (vacuuming during cuts, used tarps, etc), efficient, and best of all the work looks great. Will definitely use again. Update: If I could give Frank an A+ I would. I went into the attic to clean up and have a whole new level of appreciation for the job they did. I have hardwood flooring in my attic (previous owner did it, I have no clue why). Frank had to cut boards to get access, nailed them back where he could when done, and as for the recessed lighting some of it was awkwardly blocked by my attic HVAC. He even had to cut and install one recessed light basically under the HVAC unit. They did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves.
Description of Work: Install ceiling lights in bedrooms, recessed lighting in living room, replaced thermostats and older/non-working light fixtures.

Description of Work: Have performed many services for us. This time, however, the installed two ceiling fans and one light fixture. Other times, they have fixed sockets and installed new line.
