They cleaned the home from top to bottom which was included in their cost. The house never looked so clean. They were on time and definitely got the mold down to zero count which was verified in the testing we later did. Their work certainly resolved the problem. They were really on top of it.

In the process of purchasing a (ranch style) home it became apparent that mold was a problem in the dwelling. FDX came out and did a thorough inspection of the premises finding problem areas that were beyond my imagination. The degree of mold infestation was such that it proved economically unfeasible to purchase the home. The general contractor who initially spotted the mold suggested it'd be a $2,000 - $5,000 job to clean up the affected area of the basement. FDX found mold (particularly black mold) growing throughout the basement including rafters/joists and the sub-floor of the bathrooms as well as in the upstairs living areas such as bedrooms, bathrooms and the kitchen. FDX provided an estimate of $14,250 to remediate the issues that had been identified with the caveat that until floors and walls get opened for cleaning/repair there's no way of telling what more could be found. I am ever grateful to FDX, as far as I'm concerned they saved me untold money and headache.
