Several months ago they did a reorganization of the technicians and ours was assigned to another area. Up to that time we had been satisfied with the service they provided and had no plans for a change. Since the reorg their service has been horrible. They have not been flexible on scheduling appointments and even when one is scheduled they have not shown up. Over the summer I had a bees nest in the ground next to the house and even after several calls to get it taken care of no one responded. Only when I fired them did a supervisor come and take care of the nest and a monthly service. As a favor I agreed to give them another chance. The first service that was supposed to be performed was not done. I made sure I was at the property so I could show the person what was needed. He/she came sprayed around the outside of the house and left. This service was completely unacceptable and the responsiveness from the company was lacking at best. I will never use them again!!!

We had a monthly service contract with Bliss for over a year, during which time we had a revolving door of technicians without any advance notice that technicians were changing. Technicians made no location-map of previous treatments and/or rodent apparatus so there is no way for new technicians to accurately monitor devices from visit to visit since they have no idea where the devices/apparatuses are. Lack of consistency finally caused us to cancel our contract, probably months later than we should have.

Problem was corrected. My technician, Phil, seems very knowledgeable about the system. Paperwork from their various offices over the years sometimes require corrections from me.

We’re happy with their service. There’s supposed to be one person that takes care of your property and after the initial visit, he left the company. That service was automatically for every 30 days and we went for likr 40 days without anybody contacting us.

termites still swarmed for weeks but they're not expected next year...

I have been using them for about 17 years. Their service works and I don't have ants. I like my technician. I trust him and he does a great job. If he leaves, I'll leave because the corporate customer service is terrible. They are kind of shady, but my technician is not. They tried to use a cheaper chemical and the minute they used it, I had tons of ants and it wasn't working. So I told my technician and he said it was because they make him use this cheaper chemical. I had to call corporate and tell them that I didn't like the chemical. They said it was because of the rain, not the chemical. The next month they came, they sprayed and I stopped getting ants. I said to the technician that maybe it was because of the rain. He said no, for my house he uses the old chemical.

They are reliable and I like the guy who comes. I have a contract with them and they come every month. We have been using them for years.

We are considering doing a monthly service with them. He was very knowledgeable and came promptly on time to the appointment. I was satisfied with the services, and the product seems to be working well.

Original responsiveness was slow. I called them, got a timely response from a manager to discuss options, and was told the person with my territory would call to setup an appointment. I had to call back the next week when that did not happen. I found out the manager had left on vacation and had not handed off my order. After that, everything went smoothly. The exterminator I worked with was timely, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything he was doing and gave me an education on mice and houses. I would definitely use them and ascribe the initial problem to a "clearing the desk for vacation" oversight.

I would have given Bliss Exterminator Co. all a's if they had responded when I called because of field mice. They come very faithfully every month to spray inside and outside for ants. I pay them a monthly fee which is much in line with what other pest control companies charge.

They do a pretty good job however I do have to keep after him to get him to keep coming out. However when we call, he does show up. This time was ok as he treated and left. I am pleased with the service. I would recommend them and definitely use them again.

I have used them for years and I really like the guy that comes. He is very friendly and knows the house well. He is very thorough and he looks and double checks for everything. I would highly recommend them because they do a great job for an even better price.

I have used them for awhile now and they come every month or so. They are successful with the job they do.

THEY'VE BEEN VERY FLEXIBLE AND RESPONSIVE. WE'VE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO TROUBLE IN CHANGING SCHEDULES AND IN ADAPTING TO OUR SCHEDULE. THEY ARE FRIENDLY, TRUSTWORTHY, LOYAL AND KIND.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THERE WERE FEWER AND FEWER RATS OVER THE NEXT TWO WEEKS. I THOUGHT THAT THEIR PRICE WAS AVERAGE. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS ABOUT THIS COMPANY. THEY CALLED ONCE TO RESCHEDULE BUT THAT WAS NO BIG DEAL BECAUSE THEY CAME THE NEXT DAY.

THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY HAVE A PROMPT SERVICE, AND THEY DO A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALWAYS HERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE LIFECYCLE OF TERMITES AND TAUGHT US A LOT ABOUT WHAT TO LOOK FOR. THEY HELPED REMEDY THE PROBLEM.
