Booked with DMS Carpet for the first time, and could not be more pleased. Owner took the opportunity to fit me in for a complimentary consult/estimate, and we discussed the ‘challenges’ and expectations of our wool area rugs (canines, high-traffic, less-thorough prior cleanings). Today’s service date was completed — on time, on target, on budget (very reasonable), and with amazing results. Plus, I like supporting a locally owned and operated business . Highly recommend!
