Extremely rude discourteous and absolutely no customer service. I would stay far away from this establishment, there are much better locksmith on Angie's List I would never call them again
Description of Work: I had a 9 a.m. appointment, Roger called and said we're coming at 9:30. I told them there must be a mistake, because I made a 9 a.m. appointment knowing that I have to leave at 9:30. I was told "well then we're not coming out today" in a rude tone I reluctantly said let's reschedule for next Saturday at 9 a.m. the owner actually told me that we can't get there at 9 didn't even give me a chance to respond and told me" go find someone else!" and he hung up on me.

Lock was loose/shakey, door knob broke off, and door stuck badly. The employee had to make a new spindle for the door knob, took the lock apart and reassembled/tightened it, and got the door smoothly opening/closing. This door has been tricky/bad for about 30 years and now it works great. Their standard fee is something like $55 for the visit plus about $100 per hour. That's seems like a high rate per hour, but I really appreciated they came to the house within 45 mins of my call. This was a huge help as I was able to get the work done before traveling.
Description of Work: Repaired an old mortise lock on front door.

We have been happy with them. They also did a key for my car once. That was not the last time we have used them. We have used them since, but they made a key that made the car run as well as the one that I could get in the car with. The price seems kind of expensive to me. We have always gone to them. They have not come to us, but we never have to wait very long there.
Description of Work: For locksmith services, the one we use is Cross River Lock. My husband got me a house key the last time we have used them.

Installation went well, they did a professional job.
Description of Work: I had a combination lock installed on my door. They did a good job, but they are a bit pricey. The labor costs are not unreasonable, but they charge the full retail price on parts, which in the case of a combination lock is double the price you can get it for on Amazon.
