Wayne did an excellent job of bringing my Windows 10 PC back to life. I was having considerable problems with it, ranging from automatically restarting when not instructed to do so, to shutting down unexpectedly, to simply refusing to boot up. I was ready to junk it. Wayne came to my home and patiently fixed my problems. After getting my PC running properly again, he cleaned up a number of other items that had been slowing me down before the recent problems began. So, my PC now runs better than it has in years. I am very thankful for Wayne's help. Not only was he effective, he was easy to work with and was a pleasure to have in my home.

Wayne was outstanding. My "life" (personal and professional) is on my computer. Wayne responded even though it was after 9 p.m. The next day he had 2 of my machines and quickly got the data recovered and both computers 'refreshed' and up-and-running. He also made timely and excellent recommendations regarding back-up and security. Through all this Wayne was most professional and reassuring. Over the years I've worked with at least 4 other repair services. Wayne is the best.

My computer, which was prone to overheating, fell off the desk onto the floor. It completely crashed (internally). I was seeking to recover all of my data from my hard drive. I spoke to Wayne by phone who agreed to look at it for me. He tried to reboot and was not successful because my computer was beyond repair. He gave me references about where to send the machine for data recovery (a certain recovery center) and explained their process and fees. He ended up not charging me a diagnostic fee, which was terrific. He seems really knowledgeable and I will go back to him again if I have problems in the future.

As luck would have it, days after buying a new laptop (but before we were able to back up the data on our old one), the old laptop fizzled out. Wayne was able to help us recover essentially all of the data we had (including photos, documents, etc.). He was extremely responsive (proactively reaching out with updates throughout the process), turned the work around more quickly than expected (I dropped the laptop off on Wednesday and the data was recovered by Thursday), and was very flexible in terms of drop-off/pick-up (even offering to meet us closer to our home). Overall, a positive experience.

It all went very well. Wayne was very responsive and prompt - arriving the same day and getting much of the work accomplished at my home. The rest he took care of at his place and I picked it up a few days later.. I had to contact him today to make a few minor adjustments and Wayne was able to correct my issue over the phone. Good guy to work with. I definitely recommend him.

Very straightforward and easy to transact. Wayne seems to enjoy this sort of work and was very helpful answering Qs and helping us understand what had happened. It went extremely well. Wayne knew exactly what was need and not only fixed the problem, but set windows 8.1 up to operate much more easily than before. Wayne came to our house to pick up the computer and performed the work very timely considering the extent of the damage to the system. We were extremely pleased and would definitely call Wayne again if we should have any major problems that I couldn't handle.

I have a lot of confindence in him. It has worked fine ever since and have had no problems.

Mr. Kosminoff spent about 2 hours working on my computer. He did things I have no knowledge of but he impressed me as being very knowledgeable and eager to please. I am so happy I visited him and received his expert assistance. Mr. Kosminoff was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable. I thought I would be a week without my computer. I had my computer back no later than 1 day. He came back with the part and was able to fix everything up. The service was absolutely fantastic. I was up against a deadline. My printer would not print. Wayne was able to get it going and have it fixed. I asked if he could please get me a backup printer and have it installed, because I didn't want to be up against a deadline without a backup. Again, within 24 hours he was back with a new printer and it was very reasonably priced. When he was hooking it all up, I asked that it not be my default because I only wanted it as a backup. It was under a week, and it became my default printer. It works beautifully. I am very happy with the work of Computech Solutions.
