Guys were great, competitive pricing and extremely thorough on my job even though it was a complicated install.

Showed up on time. Fast, honest, thorough and very clean. Would use again and highly recommend to others.

I've been very pleased working with them.

They said the pan was cracked and we needed to replace it. They said they needed to disassemble the air handler, remove the Freon, and mentioned other work. They quoted $2285 and I said to go ahead and do the work. They did the work in a half an hour and proceeded to charge me $2285. I told them this was ridiculous and Dave said this was what it was going to cost. A few days later, the office called back and said they would take $400 off. Again, I refused. Six days later, it stopped working so I called a different company. They found that Climate Care had cracked the copper tubing and all the Freon had leaked out. They also noticed that the pan was intentionally broken as it was not cracked but shattered. This other company fixed it and I would never hire Climate Care again. They are a fraudulent company.

Didn't finish the job correctly, very disappointed.

CLIMATE CARE is unreliable. unprofessional. David Soderstrom Over-promises and under-delivers. DAVE SODERSTROM Is a con man and fraud. I Hired him to install two furnaces and a mini split unit in my gut renovation project. The project was complete (with the exception of the Heating cooling units) OVER A YEAR AGO. CLIMATE CARE/ DAVE was unreliable during the entire project. he never showed when he said he would and his staff never completed weekly tasks. Dave seems like a nice guy but his business model is to borrow from one project to fund another. Like PONZI SCHEME. We have contract issues, Customer service issues, delivery issues (as things are still missing), product issues (leaking mini split unit) and repair issues (he has not been back to fix the unit HE CRACKED). Additionally, He told our electrician the wrong gauge that was needed for the wires we used in the mini split units, so after the walls were up i now have to change out the whole line! I had to do the research myself and Mitsubishi told us we needed a higher gauge than the one he had us put in. INCOMPETENT! We are missing dampers, grills, filters, things have been installed wrong...It's so overwhelming and frustrating. We spent about $30,000+ with him and he was unfortunately paid in full when the project was 85% done. HE HAS DISAPPEARED. We have tried working with him- been patient- called, texted, left messages, tried showing up at the address. ONLY TO RUN INTO OTHER HOMEOWNERS SEARCHING FOR HIM. Angies list should not refer CLIMATE CARE/ dave soderstrom to its community!!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF! RUN!!!! HE WILL MAKE PROMISES AND APOLOGIZE BUT LIKE A HORRIBLE EX HE WILL NOT CHANGE THE BEHAVIOR. All we want is for him to finish the job we paid for IN FULL. This man should be in JAIL. Most older home owners do not have time or the wherewithal to write reviews BUT I HAVE TIME TODAY! TOMORROW! NEXT MONTH AND UNTIL THESE PLATFORMS RESPOND APPROPRIATELY.

A/C on the second floor was not working properly. Spoke to Dave and he came the next morning. He added 3 lbs of freon. A/C has been working well. They might give special treatment to Angie's list customers so worth mentioning.

I contacted David from another state and explained that my tenants had no heat. I inquired is he would be able to address the matter the following day without me being present. He requested I provide him with address and tenant's information. David was prompt and completed the work for a great price the following day. I have already scheduled an appointment for him to service my units. I will be contacting him for all my HVAC needs hence forth.

We had two contractors look at our system both said it was unrepairable and needed a whole new system installed. I then got into contact with Climate Care for another opinion. They responded quickly and diagnosed the problem. They then explained to us that we didn't need a new unit and that the repair was simply a bad capacitor. The owner Dave took his time with explaining the problem and the solution. They also offered us a great preventive maintenance plan. We're definitely going to be using Climate Care in the future and would recommend It to anyone with Heating/AC problems.
