They are ongoing and I am very happy with them. They do tick treatment and I spend about $100 for that treatment. They are very friendly and punctual. They have good customer service and the treatments are effective.

The company and Matt Walters in particular were prompt, curteous and professional from the getgo. The work went well with no unexpected problems. The work area was left in perfectly clean condition. I called Matt several days later with a concern that perhaps the second hickory tree and burning bush were not trimmed enough. He came out right away and suggested the crew return to do some additional pruning. This was done within a week. I am totally pleased with all aspects of the job and would recommend Savatree in a heartbeat.

They were not only skilled and knowledgeable, but also worked carefully. They did an immaculate cleaning job afterward,and pruned our small flowering trees beautifully..

Their representative came to give a free estimate of what needed to be done. He was respectful of our budget and focused only on what was most important. There was absolutely no hard sell at all and I really appreciated that. He clearly knew what he was doing and gave us realistic expectations about our trees and our lawn. As there had been much wind damage and many felled trees around the county, they weren't able to start immediately. Our representative did keep us informed via phone and e-mail when they would be able to start. His men showed up on time and he even stopped by to supervise the work. The work was completed within 2 days although it took a few days to retrieve the bigger pieces from the two removed trees however the pieces were stacked neatly near the curb and we had been told it might take a few days to collect due, again, to the many downed trees throughout the county. It also took about 1-2 weeks before we could have the the two stumps plus other older stumps in the yard ground. While spendig $5000 plus dollars to have trees pruned and removed was not what we wanted to do, we are so glad we had the work done. The two trees we had removed were clearly dying and posed a risk to our house. Also, the trees, some of which were quite large, had not been pruned in years (we moved in a year ago) and now they look great. During the many wind storms and heavy snows we did not lose a single large branch. In fact, we lost very few small branches as well. Our trees still look great and are thriving. There are still some trees that need attention so we will be calling them either this summer or next to decide what to do next as well as prune any trees that might need it.

See above.. also they were unable to get any vechiles (cherry picker) next to any of the tree's so they climbed them to cut out the branches. They entered my neighbors property to get to a lot of the branches and they left the area the same as when they entered it. Everyone is very very happy, I highly recommend Savatree for any of your tree work.

SavATree was very good. We have used them in the past. They are very professional, arrived on time and very affordable. The work took about 1/2 a day. They had a big crew of 5 or 6 men working. They are very professional and very good. They met all the requirements necessary to insure everyone's safety. They knew what they were doing and we would hire them again.

They were pretty good and they do things organically.

Everything was very easy. Roger came out to our property, discussed my needs, and then identified problem areas that needed to be addressed. He prioritized the work to be done, gave me an estimate, and we went from there. The job took exactly as long as planned, and they were very professional. We will definately be using them again.

I thought the estimate was very high. I think the visit was a bit unusual because a salesperson came with the owner of the company and I believe the salesperson was fairly new. I got the feeling I knew a lot more about trees than he did and I felt badly for him because he was with his boss and he was nervous. It was a very high quote which told me that our property was too small for their business. I was not impressed.

They were great. They came in and gave us an estimate on our mulberry tree. He came up and instructed the crew on the use of safety equipment. He didn?t want them falling off of a tree or a limb breaking. They were very polite and nice. They answered our call immediately and did the work promptly. The crew was told what to cut and what not to cut, where to go, what to do and so forth. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves very nicely. They did a good job for an old tree, and I think they were appropriately priced too. The quality of their work was excellent. They also worked very nicely with our neighbor on cutting the limbs. They really knew how to handle our neighbor and the work. It worked out really nicely.

I was very pleased with the work on every level. They did a beautiful job and respected my request for my trees not to look like "lollipops" and to keep them as natural as possible. I worked with Roger Knoop who was very professional, beginning with the estimate process. We negotiated a price based on other estimates I received and he was very accommodating. The workers came promptly at 8am and were there for several hours, cleaned up appropriately when they were finished and even took away prunings my husband and I had cut down ourselves from a few weeks before. We'll be continuing our work with them in the future.

Overall a great experience. My call was responded to promptly. I had an estimate in one day. The work was done on the second day. Three very skilled professionals climbed and trimmed my trees. The clean up was perfect.

They promptly came to give an estimate which they provided via email. They came on the appointed day, chopped up the tree, left everything neat and the bill matched the proposal.

THEY WERE VERY EASY TO DO BUSINESS WITH AND DO A GOOD JOB. THEY GAVE ME THE DATES FOR WHEN THEY WERE GOING TO SHOW UP, AND DID. THAT'S ACTUALLY GOOD.

I DON'T HAVE MUCH CONTACT WITH THEM. THEY CALL BEFORE THEY COME, AND THEY DO IT. THEY EMAIL YOU TO LET YOU KNOW WHEN THEY ARE COMING, BUT I DON'T HAVE ANY REAL DIRECT CONTACT UNLESS I NEED TO.

MATT HAS WORKED FOR ME TAKING CARE OF SPECIMEN PLANTINGS ON A 2-ACRE PROPERTY AND MAINTAINING SEVERAL LARGE TREES ON THE PROPERTY AS WELL. SAVATREE IS ALWAYS WILLING TO BE COMPETITIVELY PRICED WITH THE UNDERSTANDING THAT THERE IS MUCH COMPETITION IN TOWN. HIS WORK IS IMPECCABLE AND HE BRINGS HIS KNOWLEDGE AS AN ARBORIST TO EACH JOB.
