We recently did a big kitchen renovation and used Cecy Gillen Designs. We have used Cecy for many projects small and big but this job was our biggest. I can not express how incredible she was to work with. First, she is very creative and offers a great deal of visuals and insight. When we contacted Home Advisors, they very fortunately connected us with Cecy Gillen Designs. We had two projects: repair/update a bathroom; replace a Greenhouse. Cecy most efficiently and pleasantly managed all the needs for the bathroom which included electrician, tile and tub grouters, painters. She constantly kept us informed of when a contractor would be working, Regarding the Greenhouse, she created beautiful design possibilities to include converting to a porch, sunroom, or retractable awning. Although we havenâ t decided upon the replacement direction, we know we will contact her when we are ready. We feel any project she attempts she does with great research and care.

We have been working with Cecy Gillen Designs for a full year now and have only positive things to say! We started out with a relatively small job updating and remodeling our primary bathroom and walk-in closet. Not only was Cecy's quote reasonable from a cost standpoint, but she was also so helpful with choosing fixtures, tile, paint/stain colors, closet design, etc. Not only is Cecy a very capable and organized business owner, she is also a talented, creative designer. Similarly, her team of craftsmen and painters are very professional; they care about the quality of their work and always leave the workspace as clean and orderly as possible overnight. As time went on, our project kept expanding to include every room in the house! There is hardly a task that Cecy cannot tackle, and she is always quick to respond to any request. We can not say enough about the experience we had with Cecy Gillen Designs. Everything was exactly as it should have been, right from the first phone call to the office and speaking with Cecy (one of the most incredibly kind and helpful company I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. Not only was the quotation reasonable but along with the quote we received a packet filled with information regarding the kitchen remodeling process. The extraordinary professionalism from Cecy and her team was beyond what we had expected. The crew came in and treated our property as if it was their own. They took great care to cover the flooring so as not to damage it with their machinery and work. The job was finished in two weeks as said and planned and they cleaned up everything so thoroughly that you would never even know they were there. Every single member of the crew was exceptionally polite and respectful. Great company to work with. Cecy was beyond helpful in helping me to get a project off the ground that had been stalled for years. Cecy and team were amazing through this process! We had been looking to remodel our master shower for over a year. We talked about the vision we had and collaborated together to get just what we wanted!She is very responsive to questions, problems, and overall very easy to work with. Cecy was wonderful to work with on our overall design and she was always willing to make an extra trip back to finalize or fix something that wasn't right. Her rates were reasonable, they cleaned up every day they were here, and the work was completed quickly.

Over the last 16 months, Cecy Gillen Designs have done project after project for me including a full renovation of two bathrooms and a kitchen. I could not be happier with the results and plan to continue using them for any future projects. I was happy with the quality of their work and their reliability. They are trustworthy and respected my home. Cecy is a talented designer and helps you to realize your vision for a beautiful space through just the right tile, flooring, color and fixture selections. I appreciated the personalized level of service that Cecy provides and always making herself available when I had a question or concern. You will find no better communicator than Cecy. Not only does she respond to emails/phone calls in a timely manner, but she initiates contact on a regular basis to update you on how the project is going, what they will be working on next and what their upcoming schedule is like. And lastly, Cecy is an excellent problem solver. I have an old house and there were so many unforeseen roadblocks along the way that I thought would derail the project for sure, but Cecy was not to be deterred by these challenges and always seemed to find a workable solution which I appreciated greatly. All in all, they are a wonderful team and I thank them for all that they have done to make my house a beautiful home.

We needed a variety of repairs to get our home ready for market. I didnt want to spend alot, just cosmetic repairs. Ceci totally got it. She found a salvage door to replace our front door, she replaced panels instead of entire garage doors. The project kept growing and they had to juggle their schedules to fit us in. Great company for a variety of work.

Cecy, the owner/designer is a very nice person, and her design sense is wonderful. Her crew however, although polite and clean, do not come across as professional. Several items had to be redone, and although they were willing to redo these items, there were several issues at the end of the job that were NOT rectified, and no apology was made for this.

Cecy and her team are exceptional. Very kind, Professional, Courteous and very good listening. They all went above and beyond to all my concerns and needs. My new bathroom remodeling became an outstanding project above my expectations. I couldn’t be happier! I would definitely trust any kind of project to them. The entire group is amazing! :)
