We called Casella Garage Doors. Luis responded within 45 minutes to repair a garage door that bent when it was hit by a truck. Not only did he repair it, but it looks stronger than when it was new. Superb response time and service. Luis is a great technician. He is super polite and very professional, I highly recommend the company and Luis!

The repairman arrived quickly, diagnosed the issue, and fixed it in less than 30’. He also gave recommendations for proper maintenance of the garage door.

Julio was knowledgeable and a pleasure and. a pleasure to work with. Our garage door had been operable, but a bit clunky for a long time before it finally stopped working. Julio identified two problems with the installation that put more stress on the wheels and track as the door slid open and closed. He fixed the problems and it now works better than ever.

The Cassella crew arrived promptly when they said they would to install my new garage door openers. Called Mr Casella early on a Saturday morning due to a broken garage door spring and he was here 2 hours later. Walked me through what needed to be repaired and and was very transparent on cost. Also suggested replacing track wheels due to age and safety concern which I agreed to. Checked my other garage while at the home which wasnâ t part of work. Work is warrantied for 2 years as well! Very honest, fair pricing and professional.
