Description of Work: After THREE unreturned calls for my driveway job, I looked elsewhere. Unresponsive, obviously busienss is too good for this company!

 + -1 morenot very happy, when you meet with some one and they promise you the moon, and when they don't show up to do the work, return phone calls or deliver and keep your deposit, not much to do but take them to small claims court and help other Angie's list member by posting.
Description of Work: I had John from C&C Landscaping of Norwalk, CT out for an estimate 3/11/11 and some thing came up and had to put the driveway off, called him in Early February 2012 and he said "just send a $400 deposit check and sign the contract and send it back and he would be out when the weather broke", well we had a very mild winter and I called him in March, April, May and he either did not return my calls or told me "we will be out soon I will call you a week before". He never called, so I found some one else and called on 6-2-12 and told him to "please return my deposit", didn't hear from him, called again on 6/5/12, still nothing, called on 6/20/12 and spoke to "Sal" and he said "John will cut you a check", on 7/2/12, still no check no call no nothing so I left one more message telling him I would be taking him to small claims court if I did not get my deposit by 7/9/12.... we will see
