It went very well. Bob is very personable. He tells you what he will do, introduced us to the subcontractors, and we had absolutely no troubles with it at all. He offered us many options, lower vs higher end materials. He was very willing to accompany us to the granite store. It was a very pleasant experience.

Bob provided great service. He provided me an estimate when no other handymen wanted to and he ended up staying late to work around my daughter's nap schedule. (She is a toddler and the repair was in her room.) The repair ended up being trickier than initially anticipated, but Bob got it done and charged a reasonable rate.

I think I got Bradshaw Construction from you guys, I think. He is just bad. He never got back to us. He never even said he was going to bid this job, he just disappeared into thin space. He came out November/ December 2015. Haven't heard anything from him since. He never gave us a price. It was to bid for the construction, he never bid for it. He did come out and look at things. He got the plans forwarded to him and, oh give me x amount of time, and then he never got back to us. I tried contacting them once.

Mr Bradshaw did a great job of an awkward task. A part of the lower external support beam was attacked by wood-rot and needed to be repaired/replaced. Mr Bradshaw analyzed the problem, suggested cutting out the rotted piece, treating with rot-stopper and replacing the wood with cedar. It looks good as new. He was prompt, did exactly what we had agreed on within the agreed time-frame and to budget. Very happy with the result. Would definitely call him again if we need any further construction work done.

Bob uncovered items that were crucial to our decision to rebuild rather than just repair. Bob'd decision was ratified by the insurance company.
