Told me my drains were cleared and fixed except one, but multiple drains we not cleared. VERY rude and refused to come back. While they say guaranteed work they cross out guarantee on the receipt. Refused to fix or refund money. Not licensed.

All Star was here within two hours of our call the day after Christmas, right when Brian said he would be here. Got it cleared right away, reasonably priced. Wiped the area under the sink with cleaner when he was finished.

He was quick to respond to my call and said he could get out the next morning (I had called late afternoon). He arrived a 20 min early (which was fine). His price was right around the other plumbers $335 to snake the line. But then he charged me $65 dollars to take off the toilet and put it back on with a new seal. (Way too expensive for that work and a $3 dollar seal) He snaked the toilet and then mentioned that it would be beneficial for him to do a video scope down the line. But that would cost $185! THis was crazy, but we were worried about it since they had plugged it a few times and had water back up into the house. So we went forward with it. So he did a video and said to us and in the video that the line where it connects to the septic tank was broken off and that we would need to get a septic person out to dig it up and replace the line. Besides being super expensive, when we got the septic digging crew out and dug it all up we found out there was nothing wrong with the pipe. We had the tank pumped and the guy pumping the tank snaked from the tank to the house and pulled out stuff and got it unclogged. This was super disappointing that I paid $1200 dollars to have a septic company dig it up and ruin my lawn for no reason at all! Not happy with All Star Rooter for their bad call that cost a fortune from them and a whole day for me to be with the excavation team and the cost of them too! And they didn't totally unplug it! The septic pumping company did that free with the cost of pumping!

This guy was terrific. We have a crawlspace instead of a basement. That all by itself makes it an icky proposition. We called him on a Sunday morning and he was here in an hour and a half. That was unbelievable service. He's a great guy. He explained to me exactly what he had to do. He was here for about an hour and a half. It was an absolute success. I had a leak into and through foundation in basement wall during heavy rains. Downspout directly located in same spot outside. Had several companies tell me only way to fix leakage into foundation wall in basement is by installing sump pump and/or interior basement drainage system. With quotes raising into several thousands we decided to use elimination to find the source of incoming water instead of 'patching' the leak once it enters our house! Husband and I cut the gutter downspout halfway up to roof and redirected it above ground using pvc piping and it worked. No leak during heavy downpours. We knew then that we had a problem with the underground drainage pipe. Called All Star Rooter and owner was able to come by same day and used a high pressure hose to clear pipe and also found a partial blockage caused by a plastic bag. he made sure water flowed as it should, downspout reinstalled and cleaned up, great communication to let me know exactly when he could come out. very reasonable pricing compared to other estimates. Will definitely recommend to friends and use this company again in future if needed.

Of all things you don't want to happen on a Sunday afternoon, your sewer line backing up has to top the list. Well that what happened to me today. Ugh. Since I was away from a computer and didn't have time to research service providers on Angie's List, I reached for my trusty yellow pages and called several companies to find out how much this problem was going to set me back. The first few calls I made were very discouraging, with quotes ranging from $425-$600+!! Not what I wanted to hear! Then I turned the page and found a nice looking ad from a company called All-Star Rooter and decided to make one last call. Boy was I glad I did. Rather than get an answering machine or message service, Bryan (the owner) answered the phone and told me the price would be from $235-$285 (depending upon how many feet my house is back from the street) and that he could be over right after he finished up his current job - in about an hour. Music to my ears! Not only did he show up as promised, he quickly identified the problem and cleared the line. Within an hour, my problem was resolved and my bank account NOT depleted! Bryan is just starting out on his own (after working for others for many years) so his prices are extremely reasonable. But that doesn't mean his work isn't high quality! He was prompt, professional, friendly, neat, insured and extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Plus, he gave me a 30-day guarantee. Totally top-rate service at affordable rates. He was a true lifesaver and I highly recommend him for any problems you may have with clogged drains or sewers.
