Crew started 2 days late, but Andy was good about communicating and made it right. Crew did a great job, came in on both Saturday and Sunday, and were completely finished in five days. When I'm ready to redo the other wood floors in my house, I'll be calling Andy again.

We recently had our hardwood floors refinished from All Hardwood Floors. Andy Ross was completely professional and accommodating - even agreeing to do the job in spite of not initially being able to come in and measure due to Covid. His estimate was spot on - no surprise charges or fees. He also worked with me to come up with an option that fit within our budget. Perhaps most importantly, the finished product is wonderful! The floors look brand new in spite of being 30+ years old. We had a minor issue when we returned, and Andy came over with the people who had done the work to fix it immediately. We’ve been doing a lot of work during the past few years, and have had mixed experiences. I have to say that Andy Ross and All Hardwood Floors have been an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

All Hardwood Floors did a fantastic job repairing a set of rotted hardwood floor boards in my home. From start to finish, the team was prompt, honest, hardworking, and fair. The lead/head, Andy, responded to my first call for an estimate within a day. He correctly assessed the problem--actually termite damage!--and gave me options for how to repair the boards. Once I had the proper pest control work done, I chose the least expensive floorboard repair that Andy recommended. He didn't miss a beat or sweat me for the higher cost alternative. His team came out and did an excellent job. They were on time; worked hard; kept the area clean; and replaced the furniture where it needed to go. Now my LR looks finished and calm, the floorboards look distinguished now. I'd hire them back in a heartbeat.

Highly recommended. Andy, the owner, is extremely responsive and met with us shortly after our initial call to provide an estimate of the work. He was informative, professional and provided a quote the next day. After meeting several flooring companies, we selected All Hardwood Floors due to their competitive pricing, scheduling flexibility and overall comfort. They delivered! Andy was responsive throughout (he either picked up the call or called back within minutes), and worked with us during a large multi-month renovation to complete the work based on our schedule. In addition to refinishing the floors throughout our home, we also needed flooring installed in a few locations. Since our home is a bit older, installation wasn’t straight forward, and Andy brainstormed with our contractors to come up with a plan that worked. The All Hardwood Floors team was punctual, friendly and completed their work efficiently and cleanly. Our floors look amazing, and we continuously receive compliments. Would definitely hire again.

Andy met with us and very quickly got us an estimate for the work. He said he could work around our schedule and get in very quickly once we were ready to go. We did need over a month on our end to pull the trigger, but when we did just after Thanksgiving his team came in pretty quickly and got to it. His original estimate of one day to do the install seemed overly optimistic, and it was as it took 3 days (which was largely because the removal of the luan underfloor was much harder than expected due to millions of staples), and yet the project finished on schedule because he started a day early and squeezed a day out in the middle. They accommodated our interruption to their usual schedule by giving us a day after install and before polyurethaning to let us paint our own custom swirl designs on the floor (see pictures). We have a lot of edges against counters that required a completely flush fit, and all were done perfectly. They put in six transitions between rooms that are all nicer than what we had before. Sebastian nicely corrected some minor flaws in the polyurethane finish without us having to evacuate for two more days. They reinstalled quite a lot of quarter-round molding perfectly and adjusted several doors to a 3/8" shift in floor height. My only complaint is that the variations in color of the new maple are greater than our original maple and I wish they had pointed this out to us when they discovered it so we could have evened the color out better. But the wood is all top-quality and the result is very natural.

Great, stress free all the way thru

Andy and his crew did a superb job. We gave them a key and they started as we were leaving on vacation and finished while we were gone. We came back to what looked like a brand new floor. The minor repairs for pet damage were seamless. Andy is also the most responsive home contractor I have ever dealt with. It was a pleasure to work with him.

Andy was great from the get go. Offered very sound advice compared with other companies quoting. Was flexible with timing as we were to be out of the country while the work was done. Stayed in contact the whole time giving progress reports and inspected the job on completion. And most importantly - did a great job. Very smooth finish. No bubbles or grit and color came out just as anticipated. A1 job all-round. Would definitely use again.

Great, well done. Looks good and at a good price

It went very well overall. The workers were polite packed their stuff in trash bags . They covered one of the HVAC vents and I had to point out this issue after which they re-opened the wood around that vent. This seemed to be a bit of a careless act. Ultimately the dry wall was dented during the sanding process and photos were sent to Andy and Andy offered to compensate to put patch up paint. I was left wondering how patch up paint could fix a dented drywall. Anyways I let it go but he should have atleast offered to send a handyman to fix the dented wall. This was a bit disappointing. But overall the job went well except for these minor irritants.

Andy was professional, punctual, and courteous. Response time was great. The job was completed in a timely manner. To keep it short it was my first time hiring someone to do the floors and All Hardwood Floors exceeded my expectations. I received several estimates for 594sq feet of hardwood and the price was the most reasonable when considering their reputation.
