+ -1 moreSince my provider, Altron, was purchased by AES a couple of years ago, they've been mediocre, at best. Central Station Monitoring has been inferior, when needed. And, when I recently had a service issue, their first response was just to say "maybe it will resolve on it's own" -- even though the panel indicated on on-site fault. It took days for them to respond to my request for help. They seemed content to leave me for more than a week with a malfunctioning alarm system. Hopefully, it will be fixed in the end. Altron was great - 5 stars; AES not so good.
Description of Work: Central-station monitored alarm system with multiple sensors and remote app-control.
