Description of Work: We hired Adam Smith of AC Painting and Powerwashing in June of 2011 to powerwash and paint our back deck. Adam began working on powerwashing the deck and then within days he disappeared and left most of his equipment in our yard. We tried to reach him for weeks to no avail. He never returned. Obviously, I would deter anyone from using his services.

 + 0 moreSanded plaster makes a terrible mess but Nunzio's men put plastic drapes over everything and they even sealed off nearby rooms with plastic drapes and tape to protect them from the clouds of plaster dust. Everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and Nunzio checked everything; brush strokes, missed spots, thin spots, everything. All the details were taken care of. They would have rehung my pictures if I'd let them. I was more than satisfied with AC Painting & Powerwashing. In fact, I plan to call them for some more painting in the near future.
Description of Work: We had the old wallpaper removed from our kitchen, laundry room and powder room. It had been improperly hung 20 plus years ago and it had bonded with the paper covering the wallboard. Of course that made it more difficult to remove and the walls had to be scraped, re-surfaced and sanded before they were painted. All the walls in the kitchen, powder room and laundryroom were painted. All the woodwork, including baseboards, white-paned kitchen cabinets, base cabinets, crown molding, doors, windows and ceilings were painted. All switch plates were removed as well as nails and hooks and set aside. All the old wallpaper was disposed of.
