+ -1 moreAt the time of the installation (Feb. 2006), it seemed like they did a good job, but three of the windows have since failed. Since they're under warranty, David was/is obligated to replace them. Whenever I've contacted him to do that, it has take months and months and required repeated contact from me to get the new window installed. He has always given me personal excuses for the delays. Even if the excuses are true, I find them unprofessional. The last time, I asked him to just send one of his workers, which seems like a completely obvious solution. He finally did, but the replacement window was incorrect (it didn't have the grid I'd orignially paid for). David said he'd order it and contact me when it came in. That was at least 6 months ago.
Description of Work: David installed 19 windows in my house in 2006. My most recent contact, which I estimate to be September 2013, was regarding a warranty replacement for a failed window.

+ -1 moreTheir quote was the most reasonable of all we received. We have awarded this project to him, but haven't started yet. The owner is very professional and showed us all of the materials. He talked to us about different things, including the trim, which we didn't quite understand how it would be put on. He gave us references and was very pleasant to work with. He was prompt when he came to our home twice. So far, so good. So far, I will hire him again in the future.
Description of Work: I used Di Martino Home Improvement to quote on putting on siding on our house. They are going to remove the cedar shakes on the house. Then they are going to wrap the house and insulate. Then we are having Cedar Impressions shakes put on.
