+ -1 moreFabulous! He came out right away after I had called him. He talked to me about what needed to be done. Took him a day to come back with an estimate and he started within 2 days. He finished the job in about 1 1/2 days. They cleaned up everything! Even went over my driveway with a magnet to ensure all nails had been cleaned up. He even fixed something that he didnt have to because he said it needed to be done. Awesome!
Description of Work: Repaired raccoon damage and fixed a broken window.

+ -1 moreI was very happy to deal with Steve Dillon. He is very professional and a good problem solver. I have no sense of how his prices are because I didn't want to to consider working with another company.
Description of Work: They did three jobs for us in the last year: replace an almost flat kitchen roof, replace a section of flat roof that had caused some water damage after last winters heavy snow, and replaced a garage roof.

+ -1 moreEntire job took only two days. Workmen were quiet, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves. The owner supervised the work and performed quality control checks so I was happy with that. I will continue to call upon this roofer over the years that I live here.
Description of Work: Installed continuous Smart roof vents at eaves and upper edges around my hip roof. Also installed an attic fan.
