Our home is old and presents many challenges especially for plumbing. K&M looked ahead and anticipated problems, informed us and present ed options for solutions. K&M kept our budget in mind, started and finished on time and within the estimate. They were flexible with changes we requested. They are excellent at communicating and staying in contact so we felt as though they and we were one team. We had unknowingly purchased a cold water only faucet from a plumbing supply house which K&M immediately recognized and alerted us. Finding a hot/cold faucet to fit the hole in the granite counter that had been drilled to the specs of the cold water only faucet was a big challenge. We couldn't find one. K&M searched and found the faucet, had it delivered overnight, avoiding any delay in the project. Installing the range hood presented some big challenges. It took half a day to complete the install. K&M did not increase the charge even in spite of the extra hours required to complete the project. We have used them in the past for 2 bathroom renovations and plan to make them our go-to plumbers for all plumbing needs.

To sum our experience with K and M Plumbing ... 100% complete satisfaction. Wonderful overall experience. Sean, Brett, et al work flawlessly together. When they say they are coming ... they do. You never have to worry. Every step of the process is completed on time and without delay. These guys are a great group of young men who work very, very hard. They make very helpful suggestions along the way. The entire tear down and install of our bathroom was painless on our end. They clean up every day. We are totally blown away by the work ethics of these guys. They uncovered some shady things that were put in place by a previous plumber years ago, and boom, they were corrected without hesitation. I knew we choose the right company when Sean was on site when our fixtures, cabinet, etc. were delivered. Sean went through every single item. He found a small crack on the shower, and immediately sent it back. A comment was made by one of the delivery men who said "Sean ... he is a perfectionist." All the guys who worked on our bathroom were perfectionists. Bottom line, we will definitely use K and M Plumbing for all our future plumbing needs.

Kand M gave us a very detailed estimate which helped us select Kand M as we were sure that the bid covered every element of the project. There would be no surprises. They started the project on time, worked quickly, accommodated last minute requests, kept the work area clean, gave us excellent advise, had a very professional, positive and up beat attitude which made it pleasant to have Kand M and the subcontractors in our home. They carried away the refuse and finished the project on time / on budget. We will definitely use Kand M again.
