Excellent! Called once in the middle of a snowstorm and once in middle of night...came withi the hour! Courteous and knowledgeable and neat!! Walked around my Oriental rugs so as not to track in dirt! James and Carl are the best!

Two men installed both units. I upgraded to high efficiency units that vent though the wall with 2" PVC pipe as part of getting rid of the chimney. This all started when I noticed a leaking chimney in the attic. It turned out to be excessive condensation in the flue caused by a very inefficient gas furnace (23 yeas old). Now I can have the brick work demolished and a new roof this spring. No more leaks. Price on units was significantly lower than area competition. My first gas bill with the new units was 30% lower than the previous month.

Everything was great! From initial contact to completion, every thing was an A+. All the people with JP are great - nice, courteous, and they go above & beyond. The work was outstanding and completed on time. I highly recommend JP Dunn and will use them again in a heartbeat!

Discovered around midnight on Friday that we weren't getting heat in the house. Saturday morning it was 17 degrees outside. The person who answered the phone was helpful, professional and courteous. She asked a few questions and gave a time range to expect a service person. (between 45 minutes from that moment to 2 hours) About an hour later he arrived, the issue was described and he went to work. Took about an hour to be resolved. Secondary Circulator wasn't working, if I recall correctly.

Well first of all, I called their emergency number around 10 at night because water was spewing everywhere. Jeremy called back quickly and was able to talk my husband through stopping the leak. And also made sure we still had heat. He then came the following day to fix the problem. I must say that Jeremy was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable with having him in my house. He also took the time to tell me everything he was doing and telling the approximate prices of the materials needed as well. Also I want to note that I price checked the materials on the internet and the prices were reasonable and what I personally expected from them to charge. Very happy customer!!

Scheduled appointment. There was a cancellation and they called to ask if they could come a couple days earlier. Arrived in a timely fashion. Explained when and for how long water would be off. Worked efficiently, with no problems encountered. Finished within estimated time.

Incompetent and untrustworthy to back-up their work and equipment.

I have used them several times for furnaces, they have always been professional. I feel for what I'm getting, the service and the timeliness you get what you pay for. If you have a problem, they'll come right back out to fix it, but honestly I've never had a problem. They've been great. I've used them for 5 years now and won't use anyone else.
