Description of Work: I hired Woody to do several projects on my property. Woody was contracted to remove two large hedges, remove the stumps and roots and plant grass in the area where the hedges were located. Woody did an amazing job. He finished the project ahead of schedule, was extremely neat and professional. I then hired Woody to remove an area of overgrown plants and shrubs in my yard and plant grass. He did a fantastic job. I will definitely be hiring Woody for any and all yard project that I have in the future.

Description of Work: Woody did an excellent job of annihilating some roots that were left over from a tree stump that was previously ground but not deep enough. We were making room for a swing set and the roots were in the way and Wood got rid of all of them quickly and painlessly!!!

Description of Work: 3 very large trees were removed. Two were over 90 feet and one over 70 feet. Numberous large branches that were overhanging my house were removed from another 90+ foot tree and extensive pruning of 3 additional trees was also included. All wood and debris was removed and the area left in pristine condition.

Description of Work: We have a large wooded yard, and wanted to remove a number of diseased trees, as well as remove trees that could be a threat to the house in the event of another "October" storm. During the quote process, Woody walked the property with me, listend to my concerns, and offered his vision of what we could do. I like the idea that Woody is an arborist, and helped define which trees were fine to stay, and which ones really needed to be removed. I contracted Woody and his crew to be on site for two days of work. Knowing that they needed to drive equpment on the lawn, Woody was watchful of the weather, and picked a dry time to do the work, which resulted in miminal impact to the lawn. During the two days that they were here, a total of 22 trees were felled, all branches were chipped, and I had them leave the trunks on site for a neighbor to use a firewood. Woody brought in his stump ginder, and ground five stumps that were in the lawn. The remaining trees were cut as close to the ground as possible, as these were at the edge of the wood line around the yard, and are not a hazard. In addition to taking down trees, a number of trees had damaged limbs from the storm that needed to be removed. One of Woody's workers climbed these trees, and removed the damaged limbs, and did a great job trimming back overhanging limbs that were too close to the house. I would say that he trimmed a good number of limbs that had to be seventy five feet off the ground on some very mature trees. It looks so much better now that this long line of trees are properly trimmed.

Description of Work: Stump Busters (owned and overseen by Woody Harding) carried out a complicated job. They took down 6 very tall pine trees that stood close to the house, dismantled and carted off about 90 feet of decaying split rail fencing (which was in awful shape and had to go to allow for the tree work), completely dug up and removed the stumps of the pines (Woody's specialty), took out unsightly bushes from the back property line, and also removed rocks and messy growth from the side yard, completely regrading it where the pines had been.
