MY EXPERIENCE WITH SIDE-TEX WAS WONDERFUL FROM START TO FINISH. WES WAS AVAILABE TO GIVE ME AN ESTIMATE QUICKLY.. THE JOB WAS COMPLETED ON SCHEDULE. i AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE FINISHED PRODUCT..i WOULD HIGHLY RECOMEND THIS COMPANY.

It went well. the members of Sidetex were courteous. The workers did a good job. there was a delay of a few weeks getting some parts from the manufacturer, but otherwise things went well.

The experience has been good so far. The owner is a real salesman; while nice, he is somewhat heavy on the sales pitch. Brad did a good job on the installations. However, in the recent bad weather, one of the windows has been leaking. They have been agreeing to come out to address any minor issues that have come up so far.

They were very professional, and offered a good product.

The experience was excellent from start to finish. This company was able to provide quotes for several window makes / models. The owners, who came out to give us the estimate, were the most knowledgeable out of the nine other window installation companies I obtained quotes from. They were willing to talk though the detailed specs for the many models they sell, unlike many of the other companies I spoke with. I found this company because they sold specific brand replacement windows that I wanted to look at (Okna & Sunrise/Verde), however, they offer many other brands that are very good quality. I was extremely impressed by the installation job. After the installation was complete, there was no sign that anybody had been here to install windows - the house was spotless, which was absolutely impressive. The windows all look beautiful, and I could not find a single thing wrong with any of the windows. They even took down all of the blinds, and removed my window AC units, and took the time to reinstall everything after they were done (the only company that even offered to do this!). All of the people, from the office/sales (owners) to the installers, were extremely nice and accommodating. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for replacement windows, both for the quality of the windows themselves, and the actual installation & sales experience. I absolutely plan on using this company for a future roof and siding replacement.

There were some very positive aspects to this company. The two siding installers worked very hard and were exacting in most of the work that they did. They even installed a new light fixture for me. The price for the overall job was quite reasonable. Unfortunately, I can't give a very high rating to the company because of several problems: 1) When installing siding on one side of my house, they ripped out my phone line; I was without phone/internet for 1-2 days. 2) When installing trim on my garage, they broke the keypad to my garage door opener. After calling them, they came back and were able to fix it. 3) They didn't order enough siding to complete the job. As a result, they packed up and left while leaving a 6' x 6' empty space on the front of my house. It took several weeks for them to return with enough siding to finish the job. When they did install the remaining siding, it was crooked. I had to call them and have them come back to reinstall all of the panels. 4) A piece of trim around my door fell off three months ago, presumably because they did not install it properly. Despite repeated calls to the company and promises from them to come out and fix the problem, they have not done so. It's probably an easy repair, but the fact that the piece of trim has sat on my front steps for the past 3 months has impacted my opinion of the company. Whereas I would have given them an overall grade of "B" and would have recommended them to others, I now give them a "B-/C+" and would recommend that future customers be very, very assertive in dealing with this company.

We ordered the windows in early October 2008. Mosdt were delivered and installed in early December. The last two were delivered and installed in mid-January 2009. This delay was not the fault of Sidetex, but of the window manufacturer. All in all, I am very satisfied with the windows and the installation.

They did everything beautifully. The salesman was very professional and knowledgeable. He also loved our dogs. He was really patient with us. Answered every question without a hesitation. I really put him thru the test. The window fellows came (2 men) and went right to work. It was 7 weeks to the day after ordering them. Each window was installed one at a time inside and out beautifully. Care was taken in every aspect. No mess or finger prints on wood work or anything. As far as there clean up it was like they never were here. Oh, I almost forgot, it took about 1 day and a half to install the windows and we left them here alone with the dogs and all went GREAT. The dogs were having a ball with there new found friends. The place was clean as a whistle. The best!! I would recommend the Sidetex Co. and there crews anytime.

THEY'RE ALSO VERY EFFICIENT IN THE WORK THEY DID FOR ME. I AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE LEVEL OF SERVICE THAT THEY PROVIDED FOR ME. THEY CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY TO DO THE WORK.
