Best Plumbing Company in the area!!! The only company that would call me back when I had issues. Jarrett is very professional and has always been a very clear communicator. Rousseau has provided excellent service for many projects at our new home all for very reasonable prices... (Clogged Sewer Drain, Installed Utility Sink, New Gas Line for Stove AND emergency help for Frozen Pipes in winter!!!) Each visit the Rousseau crew was polite and very nice. Always feel comfortable with them working at our house. Can't go wrong with these guys!

I called 5 plumbers to replace a hot water heater (it was an emergency). Kevin called me back in 5 minutes, was here in less than an hour and had the job done before any of the other plumbers even called back!

Kevin Rousseau did an excellent job. I was very pleased with Rousseau Plumbing & Heating when they called me back within an hour of my initial call to them. They said they would be able to come out the next day to replace my old broken water heater with a new one. They quoted me a competitive over the phone. They called back to tell me there was a $150 rebate I was entitled to and when I mentioned a coupon on Angie's List they said yes they would honor that as well. That coupon saved me another 5% off the final bill. I was given a time when they would arrive and was pleasantly surprised when they called that day to say they were ahead of time and if I would like it done earlier. I met them in 10 minutes. They performed a very clean and neat job. They removed the old water heater and cleaned up any debris that was left from their work. Kevin explained everything he was doing and took his time doing so. I was quite pleased with the work and would use their services again if needed.

This is not the first time that we have called on Rousseau Plumbing to help us out with plumbing work for our home. We have always had excellent service and Jarrett is always quick to respond to your calls. He has helped my husband and I many times including a bathroom remodel and many other projects when we first bought our home. He is knowledgeable about current plumbing practice and explains his work to you in a way that helps you understand what is being done, how it is being done, and why.

Kevin did a great job of diagnosing the problems and repairing them quickly. Parts and labor were very reasonable and we were very pleased with their service.

Kevin arrived early and worked non-stop to get the job done. He installed a rather difficult Ikea bathroom vanity and faucet - checking with me at each stage to make sure I was happy with the job. He then cleaned up behind himself and even wiped down the bathroom floor. I'm more than happy with the service of Rousseau's - a great company!

We had a somewhat unusual job. Our community garden has a water hook-up for the gardeners to water their plots. However, the access was below ground level in an open manhole. Jarrett from Rousseau came out to take a look and came up with a plan to replace the leaking valve currently on the water line as well as extend the pipe above ground to make it easier for people to access. He raised the access, installed a new hose bib and also installed a drain to allow emptying the pipe once the water was shut off at the end of the season, so we wouldn't need to worry about water in the pipe freezing over winter. Finally he cut a hole in the manhole cover so the hole could be safely covered. Everyone at the garden is thrilled with how much easier accessing the water is. I was also impressed with the concern Jarrett showed for securing the water line, and dealing with outdoor weather related issues. He showed up promptly, finished quickly and I felt the price was very fair. I would happily use Rousseau again.

Rousseau did an excellent job! They were very understanding that my husband wanted to be part of the process and we only wanted them to this part of the remodel. This was the first plumber that was willing to work with us and not "take over" the remodel. We will definitely use them again for the next part of the remodel!

My washing machine drains into a large pipe in the basement, and because of a clog, water was backing up and spraying back out. Within 1 hour of calling them, Kevin showed up to do the job. He took apart several pipes, snaked out the drain line, put everything back together, and cleaned everything up, all in less than an hour. He also made recommendations on how to update the drainage system to minimize the chance of future backups. He put no sales pressure on me, however, and indicated that the work wasn't an immediate necessity. I appreciated getting good advice that was not accompanied by a sales pitch or dire warnings. All in all, I would definitely recommend Rousseau Plumbing & Heating.

Rousseau's service is outstanding. Jarrett arrived early, outlined what he was going to do and did a great job. The shower components had been on a LONG time and he had to work hard to remove them and replace them but now it looks phenomenal. He explained what he did and why he did it and then his price was great. Cannot recommend them enough!

Jarrett was phenomenal! From the initial quote to the completion he instilled trust at every step. He was great at communication and was on time every day. The system he has installed is excellent and he even expedited the work because our oil tank had begun to leak. He future-proofed the system and also tidied up behind him. I cannot speak highly enough of him or the work he did!

Excellent service, prompt arrival and reasonable prices

I decided on a tankess (on demand) condensing unit. Jarret arranged everything including providing a name at the Gas company to upgrade my service. Both Jarret ( for the install)and the gas company ( for the new meter) came on the same day. ( I did not have to miss any work.) Jarrett pulled a permit from the Town, upon completion the Town inspector came out and upon close examination passed the intallation. Jarrett also brings a shop vac to clean up. That is something you don't see much today. It was a good experience.
