Tom called promptly after I posted the project at 7PM Monday night. By Tuesday at 3PM I had a new water heater installed and working, and at a good price. Very professional. They arrived early and there were no (bad) surprises.

This is the second time I have had Quinn do work for me and I couldn't be more please with Tom or the work he did. When I put in the quote request he contacted me within seconds and was at my house within an hour to prep the old water heater for removal. The next morning he came right on time with the new water heater and had it up and running in short order. The quote for the job was fair even though he had to leave to get some materials to replace what was there. I'll definitely use Quinn again. If you have plumbing issues, give Tom a call. You won't be sorry.

From speaking with Pat in the office and her sending Ken to fix a leak in a pipe - He was absolutely great and can’t say enough good praise for this Company! From start to finish it was a very good service, very competitive price, no high pressure salesmanship, everything was delivered as quoted, installers were very respectful; I would definitely recommend Quinn Plumbing & Heating. I called them 6pm Friday Stop by the next day and in two days came with the boilers I wanted Navien 180E NG. Installation took 5 days i kind of held them back waiting on my guy to install the power outlets.

Kenny did an excellent job and I give him 5 stars. I was told by the office staff that the installation of the new water heater (under lifetime warranty but only five years old when it needed replacing) would take up to six hours. The actual work time was closer to two and a half hours, most of the time was taken up waiting for the delivery of the new heater as well as half-way through Kenny left for another two hours, maybe even longer, to pick up an expansion tank. I had been quoted a price of $950 for the installation . After the installation the office called to ask how I wanted to pay I challenged this amount and ended up paying $850 instead. - I very much appreciated that Quinns were able and did install the hot water heater so quickly but felt I was taken advantage of financially.

I received a call back promptly. Tom couldn t have been more helpful to me from walking me through shutting the water and the electricity to my water heater off. He gave me a fair deal on a new water heater made me the first appointment of the day because of having my son in the house and came promptly on time and finished the job very quickly. I really appreciate everything he did for my family and would recommend him to anyone.

Milked the time. Had to leave twice to get things, adding to time. The work was fantastic.

Took two phone calls from their office to Get the information and charge card then they called again to get the home address corrected and office still failed to spell my name correctly on the invoice. Maybe time for new office professionals.

Tom and Kenny came to replace our water heater, and identified and remedied a leak in our well, along with several related problems. Most satisfied.

Personable and did a great job.

Tom Quinn came over during a snow storm to assess my water heater. It was 12 years old and we determined it was best to replace it. I also asked him to fix a toilet. He did both that following Monday in record time. I left to drop my kids off at school and to go grocery shopping and he was done by the time I got back. I now have consistent hot water and a working toilet. Also the final cost was $1000 cheaper than another Home Advisor suggested plumber. Overall, I am very satisfied and recommend Quinn Plumbing.

We wanter to install a new gas water heater, and wanted to do it with inspection from town. There are plumbers who have reasonable prices but who don't have license and can't pull up the permit. There are plumbers who have the license and can pull up the permit , but they charge a lot. Quinn Heating and Plumbing is the best of both worlds - the prices are reasonable and the quality is the best. The inspector from town approved the installation of gas water heater without any problems. Everybody in Quinn Heating and Plumbing are highly professional and very polite. They answered all my questions and promptly returned all my calls and messages. Highly recommend!!!!!
