Lou and John arrived promptly, found my problem -- and pointed out some others for which I was grateful -- and proceeded to reapair the faucet and install new pipes in a timely fashion. Their work was excellent and the price very fair. I definitely recommend Quinn.

They made two phone calls plus one e-mail to confirm interest in the job. The service was scheduled within 48 hours, and completed 24 hours later. The plumber was thorough, and provided a rough estimate before starting. Two minor issues needed to be addressed at additional costs, but the overall price was fair.

Very prompt response to request and then installation of the water heater by Pat the day after. 1st class service all the way. Talked to Mr. Quinn a couple of times and even sent him photo's of my old water heater installation to make sure it would be the right fit. 100% Satisfied.

Insatlation was fast and professional.

On time. clean and neat. Plumber was a genleman who operated very professionnally. I thought that the price was a bit stiff but given the lack of any other hassle, Quinn was mighty.

Pat was the plumber who came out to us - great guy! Pleasant, professional and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with how quick the job was, how well-done everything was completed and we will definitely re-hire for any plumbing needs.

Professional work; Very quick to respond and come for fixing the problem; Gave quote on the phone before starting working on it. This is a good thing, but the quote was 159$ but they finally charged me 175$, they could do better here, but otherwise I was very satisfied.

Great service. Responded quickly to my call. Lou was here first thing the next morning and was done with the install in two hours. Keeping their phone number handy should we need plumbing service again.

Very pleased, he had the part on the trunk, fix the tub faucet and was on his way in 30 minutes.

They were very professional and knowledgable: installed water heater which when tested it had a leak. The plumber ordered another and was delivered within 30 minutes... I have recommended Quinn Plumbing to all my neighbors. I live in a Condo 56 Unit complex. The complex is 10 years old and people will be replacing their Hot Water heaters. I sent an email to our management company and asked them send out Quinn plumbing information and pricing. Quinn wasn't the cheapest but used them because of the first phone call: Tom Quinn was not high pressure and soft spoken...

Tom Quinn, plumber Lou and his assistant Jerrod could not have been better or more professional. Job was superior. Lou was considerate, thorough, and could not have been better to work with. Job site was left clean every day. We have absolutely no complaints and have already recommended Quinn Plumbing to several people. Thank you guys for everything!

The pricing was high even though the service was needed as a 24-hour turn around. They charged $200 an hour and sent two plumbers when the job -- hocking up an outside faucet -- probably only needed 1 plumber. All other plumbing in the new construction was done with only one plumber.

Satisfied with the work done.

Great 1 to 1 commuication with owner.and he got me pushed up a few days ahead of time..got to love that!! .Not having used a plumber for years,,thought the price was high..worker in and out up and down trying to add extra time..and did...more than 10 times to the truck (made my head spin!!).. but the job was done and he did a good job regardless.,he is a pro....HINT..hang around and watch so no added time is done.. 1/2hr can go into hours....other wise.i'm pleased..my problem was solved..it was work on a ejector pump..to replace a float.

They were great! Prompt, efficient, knowledgeable and neat. Will hire again for future projects. I had to negotiate price as they came in a bit high. Always do research first. I will also use Service Magic again and recommend them to friends. Very Please with this experience

He was pleasant to deal with. His staff ended up coming down on the original quote for replacing my garbage disposal. I got exactly what I asked for and even same day service when I sent an email saying 'sometime this week'! 8-D Very happy with this company!
