Two plumbers arrived on time and did a good professional job of removing my old water heater and installing the new one. They left the work area clean when they were done and Quinn Plumbing charged a fair price. The owner, Tom Quinn, followed up after the job by calling me to check that every thing was done to my satisfaction. I will use this company again.

Tom called first thing on Saturday morning after being emailed Friday night. He was very pleasant and professional. He needed more information and called back with an estimate. The estimate was in the ballpark with 2 others I had received in the past. He said he could do the job that day so it was a go. This was no easy install. The hot water heater is located on the 3rd floor of an old 3 family house. Over the years I've had my fill of people who take various jobs on the 2nd and 3rd floors and then do nothing but complain. I've often wondered why they took the job. Tom could not have been more pleasant.

The owner, Tom Quinn, contacted me within five minutes of my placing the requisition. Within a few hours Tom called me back and gave me a price.We scheduled the appointment the next day for 9:00. The office called me promptly at 8:30 to let me know the crew was on the way. The plumber called himself when he was within 30 minutes of my home to let me know his estimated time of arrival. When the two men arrives, they were polite, professional, knowledgeable, personable and got the job done very quickly. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future.

Onsite they were very good. However, they arrived at 4:15 PM for a 3:00 PM appointment. Had I not called at 3:30 PM t find out where they were, I'm not sure that I would have been provided an update.
