 + -1 morePetey was able to pinpoint the area of collapse, which minimized the amount of excavation needed. Unfortunately, he and his team missed several appointments, leading to a lot of rescheduling. This is probably the case with all good tradesmen, who everyone asks to help them. That said, he was reachable and did excellent work, so I will call him again

 + -1 morePete came out to give me a quote and walked me through everything before starting the work. Ben found 2 other issues while working on the system and gave me a very fair price to add onto the original work. He completely cleaned up before he left and did an outstanding job.
Description of Work: I needed a new expansion tank and other work done on the boiler. They also fixed the valve in my shower and the leaking shower drain. I had 3 other companies out previously and no one completed the work.

Description of Work: We had a leaky pipe in the basement. Ben determined the cause, fixed the problem, made accurate suggestions to get septic pumped and returned to snake the main line to eliminate any chance of water backing up in the near future.

 + -1 moreBoth times I have called, Peter has been quick to respond and always cleans up everything! Neither time did he leave anything for me to clean. He is always friendly and good with the kids that were around. There is no doubt, when I need a plumber, I will always call Petey's!
Description of Work: The first time I used Peteys Plumbing I needed a toilet replaced (nasty job). Peter showed up exactly when he said he would. The house is older, as was the toilet and the bathroom is small, which made it even harder to remove. Peter did the job in far less time than I expected. The second time I called Peteys Plumbing was early evening. The water company had been doing work on the lines in the road. I came home from work to find no hot water, but plenty of it all over the floor where my hot water heater sits. By the time I called Peteys, it was late, but he was at my house early the next morning with a new hot water heater.

No "run arounds," no overly wordy explanations, just very simple to the point explanation and execution. They are my go to guys now.
Description of Work: I own a private studio which suddenly started developing a "sewage" smell that I could not seem to shake over several days. Everything seemed to be operating as normal, so I was at a loss for the situation.

 + -1 moreI called Petey's Plumbing with and emergency drain pipe leak. When I called it was after hours and someone returned my call within minutes. They showed up to my house within an hour of my call and fixed the leak. Luckily while they were fixing my leak they found to smaller leaks that would have caused me major problems later. I am thoroughly satisfied with their service and will be using them again for all my future plumbing needs.
