Description of Work: Went to Southington location to purchase 60" bath vanity and matching mirrors for bathroom redo. Had read several poor online reviews so had looked other places, but our plumber insisted this place would have best price. He was right, we saved several hundred dollars. Worked with Josh. Cabinet arrived exactly when promised in perfect condition. We knew exactly what brand (Bertch) and style so all he had to help us with was color choice. They did not install, our contractor did. They have a good amount of mid- price cabinetry in their Southington showroom.

+ -1 moreVisited the Southington showroom in February. I had a pretty firm idea of the cabinets I wanted. I gave the detailed kitchen layout and the cabinet brand, type/p, style to the salesperson Brian V. He said he would get back to me with a quote in a few days. He never gave me the quote! I called home weekly for four weeks and always received the same song and dance- tomorrow, tomorrow. Please do not lie, it is very unprofessional and just plain rude. How can a company stay in business without sales? I am planning a major kitchen remodel. Guess I need to spend my money elsewhere.
Description of Work: Refused to give me a quote for a product I wanted to purchase!
